I got the gray, smoother looking, transparent cover for my Macbook Air M2 model (A2681). I am very pleased with the case. Mine came with the top and bottom of the cover. All parts came very professionally wrapped. It came with: The 2 cover pieces, rubber porthole and charger hole covers, a thin poly screen protector which is thin but gets the job done. I recommend using a light spray of glass cleaner on the screen and cleaning it well with the provided cloth before applying screen cover. Use 1-2 sprays of glass cleaner before applying the screen cover to avoid issues with installation and air bubbles

I love the fact that the colors of the case blend so well, as well as the fact that it comes with the screen, protector and keyboard cover. the little USB port protectors as well are very cute although I don’t know how long I’ll be able to not lose them for lol

This case is robust without being gaudy. Also, it fits snug, doesn't feel like it will come off, and has thick corners to protect (hopefully) from drops. I view this as insurance against the hassle and expense of repairs. My son likes that it shows the Apple logo and is roughly the same color as the laptop (assuming that you purchase the same color). Overall, I would recommend this case.

It was easy to put on, except large screen protector (which will be great to have) was difficult to get smooth & keep dust from getting trapped. You can’t see dust/bubbles when it’s on, but hoping it doesn’t drive me nuts knowing they’re there. No instructions included, but it was intuitive. I bought the lavender based on other reviews. The harder “frame” is definitely more periwinkle in color, whereas the “skin” covering the body is more purple. I’m happy with it, and love periwinkle. Thankful for anything that may protect my laptop, but the “skin” on top is fairly thin, whereas all edges are mostly protected (one part on bottom back, where it hinges, makes me nervous!) and think it will be stronger than most. Time will tell! More expensive than some, so hoping it will keep it safe!! Nice key protector included also, with little plugs for power “inlets” etc., which should help but I think they’ll be easy to lose! I’ll update this with more stars if it stays on well after it’s been used for a while.

This is the best case I have bought for my MacBook Air. I am still using it two years later without any issues. I have dropped my laptop multiple times (Oops) and it has endured every fall. As a college student who spends a lot of time on the computer typing, the lifting legs underneath are also complete life (and wrist) savers!! I can’t not recommend this enough.
