What a nightmare! Oh my gosh, believe the bad reviews!! These don't hold the weight at all. I weigh 120lbs and they go down when I sit on them. Once you put them together they can not come apart. The seller will try to get you to pay for return shipping and UPS will NOT take the return without a perfect box, which means you have to find a much much larger one. The seller will try to convince you that there is nothing wrong with them, but unless you want to sit on them at the lower height they will not work as tall bar stools. I was sooo disappointed because they really look great.

These chairs are fine enough, but the color was not right for our space and I didn’t like the zipper seam down the back (missed that in the product pics). So I THOUGHT I had purchased these with Free Returns — a must in all my shopping — but that is not available from this seller. So we will keep them instead of spending $$$ in return shipping. Let this be a word of caution: if you’re unsure about the color or style, pay a little more from a different seller that offers free returns.

I wrote a review earlier on these stools. I gave it a 3 star due to the late delivery. With that being said, as long as you don't mind waiting a couple weeks for delivery, these are are really good buy for the price. They are very easy to assemble, seem to be very strong and are very nice looking. I just ordered another set.

I ordered two sets of these stools. I received two sets of different chairs. Similar color, similar shape, dissimilar size, texture and sturdiness - definitely not the same. They are an inconsistent quality with one set being wobbly and unstable and missing the screws. Even the manual inserts are different. I tried to contact the seller through the site and have gotten no response. I'm going to be forced to return them before it’s too late. Other opportunities to buy similar chairs at the sales price are now gone. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The stools are great...very easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. The swivel and height adjustment out of the box are smooth and quiet. Not sure how they'll perform over time and after use. But, they are not leather, so if that's what you're looking for, these will not fit the bill. They are a nice tobacco faux leather that's versatile and the stitching is even and symmetrical, so they look like they cost more than $144.
