The loaded gear VX-100 tactical vest from Barska (FDE) keeps ammo and tactical essentials organized and close at hand. The VX-100 is fully adjustable to fit most adults (s-xxl), with adjustable shoulder panels, side straps, and ladder buckles on each side of the vest allow for a quick and customized fit. This tactical vest features four rifle Mag pouches that can fit a standard AR-15 or AK 30 round magazines, and feature quick-release elastic pull-tab retainers for easy access. The VX-100 tactical vest utilizes the MOLLE attachment system, allowing the included accessory pouches to be arranged in multiple configurations.

I really like this but would like to have been able to buy it without all the pouches at a cheaper price because I have other pouches that I prefer but no regrets. I am 5'7 169lbs and getting a belly. This vest is very adjustable, helps suck in my fat and holds all my heavy mags, grenades and pistol with no sag whatsoever. The only con is trying to adjust the belt because it's a super tight fit in the buckle slots. I only use that if I use the leg panels, so I removed it. A couple snaps on one of the larger pouches broke trying to unsnap them but I wasn't going to use it anyway and at least the snaps hold well. I really do not like wearing plate carriers or chest rigs and this vest is a great alternative. ... show more

Purchased this for myself. I'm over 6ft and just around 200lbs, and the adjustability of the equipment fits me great. I especially like the belt and the ability to tighten/lengthen the leg straps. I actually took the left leg straps and reversed them to be reversed from the right leg so both female ends come from the back to meet the male ends in the front. Just made it quicker/easier for me to don and remove. The MOLLE gear seems like it's well sewn and will hold up to several years of use/abuse. I've rearranged it several times already and remove/replaced some of the gear since I don't have anything that requires AR/AK mags. Overall I'm very happy with the gear and will be purchasing more sets for my son and my son-in-law as they both tried on my gear and have been asking for a set. ... show more

I picked this up to get my loadout together for airsoft and I have to say I love it. It's got all the right parts and then some. On top of that it has more Velcro than it suggests in the description, so I have plenty of room for my moral patches. The drop legs are great, and the straps are rubberized so they don't wobble much at all, but I think my favorite part of this package is the dump pouch. The pouch has a removable elastic seal which means that if you leave the Velcro open, whatever you put inside will not soil, even in intense action. Despite how much I love this I must Surat a star for the following reasons. Gotta say that it is heavy, and it is hot. If you live and play in hot weather you are going to get heat stroke if you aren't careful. My other complaint, and this is a personal one, is that the belt included with this package is too small for me, but a replacement belt from the Army Navy surplus was fully compatible and the best expanded nicely. Why the vest is larger than the included belt I cannot say, but the belt itself could have been expanded to the right size of not for one small notch in the lining, which seems to be designed to prevent making the belt any larger. A strange inclusion, and if I'm being honest the only reason I'm deductions one star. If you haven't started collecting molle gear, I highly recommend it for starting our, as it provides every piece you could need. If you have a great loadout already, but are looking to upgrade, I would still suggest you look at this. ... show more

Revised review. “When I got it I didn’t no how to set it up and it was not fully set up properly, I returned than later learned how to weave the attachment. I’ve bought several brands and this one was the best one, going to repurchase it.” Original review “All the attachment pouches use snaps on the straps. They pop off at the slightest pull and then the pouches are flapping in the wind. Beside that huge complaint. Rest of product is nice. Just bad idea to use snaps on something I’m gonna be crawling and climbing in.” ... show more

I bought this vest specifically for Mag fed paintball. I’m hard on my equipment (I actually put this set up through it’s paces. Here’s my two cents. I’m impressed with the visual presentation. It looks well made enough but I’m actually using it while under fire and moving, sliding and running I was kind of disappointed. The Molle linkage is button clip and not Velcro. The buttons come in don’t and I’m left walking off the field with accessory pouches just flapping and hanging loose. The stitching has me disappointed too. The radio pouch literally came undone out of the box and I’m trying to get the company to replace the pouch because it was defective from the manufacturer. But it’s on back order and I won’t see it for some time... I think I’ll hold on to this item and do some sewing modifications to it but I wouldn’t likely buy it ever again or recommend it unless you’re into cosplay... and that’s saying something. But hey, that’s my opinion. ... show more

To start everything looks great easy to adjust and move pouches to where they fit best for you. the only thing I can bitch about is the mag dump pouch is not deep enough . pistol mags will fit but AR mags not so much. the pistol mag pouch swallows my g17 mags but not a big problem I will get some 30 round sticks and they will work just fine. I am six foot tall with a little bit of a belly and this vest fits me great with plenty of ajustment left . over all I am very happy with this product. hope this helps ... show more
