I started using it this week and what a difference. I wear a traditional concealed vest and this keeps me noticeably cooler in the heat. The difference was immediately noticeable as I stood in the hot Texas sun several times this week so far. I do armed security @ a high-school & I wear my vest daily. Before buying this i would sweat thru my shirts & my best cover. This has made a world of difference I'm keeping me cool & dry. I can feel the air passing underneath & no longer have to take short breaks to cool off. It's fully adjustable, fits well, holds my vest steady when I'm moving, searching & def keeps me cool & my vest cover dry. I'm gonna buy another tomake sure I'm good when it's time to wash. the price for this product is honestly pretty high, this shape and design is made more for people who wear small plate vest carriers, i work in the armored truck industry and the vests that are provided to us are full chest abdomen and full back coverage size vest, wearing this ventilation vest took a bit off the edge, but only a bit, in triple digit weather and lame company trucks with 0 air conditioning i can feel sweat dripping and collecting in my lower abdomen and lower love handle area, it definitely had the area of my upper body totally dry but unless you can produce TRUE 2xl 3xl 4xl size vent vests, i ordered a 2xl and fit like a medium size crop top i'm a 270 lbs guy shy of 6 ft frame and ended up taking off the militaur vest it made my company vest to bulky and bulge out to much to not have the cooling effect i was looking for, if you can make your vests a good 4-6 inches longer in length that would the the key to the flaw this vest has, a cut to fit would be a nice idea too, hope this review helps ... show more

It's awesome to get some airflow beneath my vest and not feel like I'm shrink-wrapped. The product does it's job, it does it well, and I wear it every shift under my vest. The product did run a little large so I had to exchange for a size down. The original version didn't allow you to adjust the distance from back to front (the straps that go over your shoulders) so it didn't always sit as I'd have liked. The second one I bought (so I could have a spare and launder it more-frequently), did have adjustable shoulder straps which made fit much nicer—the material also felt better but that could just be because it was new. It does shift around a bit so I will have to adjust it every so often, mildly irritating. I wish they made one I could just hook (like Velcro) into the vest so I only had to put on one thing instead of two. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wears a vest and I have. ... show more

Doesn't fit right regardless of measurements. It slides around and is just a pain to use. Complete waste of money! Honestly can't tell if it helps any. The struggle with my carrier sliding around angers me so much I want to burn this thing with the flames of a dog at large call gone wrong!
