So far the cover is good for me because I don't sink in like on our last pillowtop mattress. She's not completely sold yet, she feels the matress might be too firm. After searching and trying and returning several pads and toppers we were delighted with this one! We bought the twin xl for our split king mattress. Both my husband and I are delighted with this item. Its soft, noiseless, just the right amount of loft, well made and no funky odors! I did put them in the dryer on fluff for 15 min to get the maximum loft but what a great nights sleep. Neither one of us moved for hours which is very unusual! I know everyone is looking for didn't things but if you want added comfort for a mattress that is a little too hard try this one. It does not add any heat either. (We have not tried it on the fleece side yet however.)

Although this is my first purchase of a Bare Home mattress pad, it is not my first purchase of Bare Home products. I have bought two different sets of sheets and a comforter from Bare Home. They have exceeded expectations. The mattress pad fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I am using the plush side for now, but will use the opposite side for cooler comfort come spring. I highly recommend this mattress pad - especially at this price.
