I got this Storage box/case for my birthday because I was looking for a way to store all of my Barbies and accessories. I was actually recommended this case by a friend and boy did she recommend just right! The case currently stores all of my Barbies perfectly with room to spare, plus a variety of accessories in the smaller compartments. I’ve seen/heard some reviews talking about this case being flimsy when trying to get Barbies or accessories out Tip: when getting accessories out put one hand on the top of the lid to hold it down and then pull up the smaller lid that you want access to, this will keep the big lid from opening. If you want access to your Barbies, put one hand over the top of the lid and lift up making sure the smaller lids are locked down. This will keep contents from spilling out. I really enjoy this Barbie case and it fits my needs perfectly. I’m thinking about picking up a second one for Christmas :D ... show more

After reading all the negative reviews, I also saw a few positive reviews and now I know why, first of all I explained to my granddaughters that it is fragile so you must stick your fingers under the holes and gently open…they understood and we are loving how many Barbie’s it holds and their accessories ... show more

Not certain if there is an issue before these ship or it happens in transit, as there is no support for this not to bang around in the box. I just sent the second one back due to the hinges being stressed and breaking when opening the lid. If they were in perfect condition and treated with care - it may last a little while but overall poor quality. I miss the old Barbie cases:( throwing in the towel on them- and these are big and a pain sending back! ... show more

I purchased this from Amazon, having only seen it in photographs. Based on the online images I expected the top to be opaque pink, and the bottom part to be see-thru pink, so I could see what was inside. When it arrived the top was indeed the exact color as on Amazon, but the bottom was a pearlized lighter opaque pink. I don't have any problem with this, in fact I may even like it better, but it was just unexpected. Overall the case is great. Just as advertised it will hold 15 dolls in a standing position, with plenty of space in the 2 compartments in the lid for all sorts of shoes and accessories. The doors on top are difficult to open, and I know I will have to help my 4 year old with it at first, until they "soften" up a bit, but at least they won't be flying open, spewing mini plastic platform shoes everywhere. As one previous reviewer noted, there is a larger open space in the main compartment that isn't great for holding a lot. I plan on using either a Ziploc bag in that space to maximize it, or attaching a (pink!?!) piece of cardboard or thin plastic to extend the height of it. We'll then be able to fit massive amounts of clothes in there! My cart does say "Barbie" on the lid, but the markings are discrete, and tastefully done. Overall, I like this cart. It's probably the best storage device for Barbie that I've seen. It's cute, fairly well-made and will hold a ton. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the issue with the interior storage, the handle seems a bit flimsy, the wheels are not great for carpet, and it's a bit pricey. ... show more

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend's niece for Christmas. It's very nice, lots of storage in it, BUT the handles is extremely flimsy. It doesn't feel solid at all and I've noticed that once we put some things in it (because obviously we are going to have to fill it for her ;) ) that the handle feels like its going to detach when we pull it. The main lid, that leads to the large bin where the Barbies will be stored, doesn't latch. It basically just sits shut on there. The two smaller compartments do latch quite nicely. However, as you can see in the pictures, one of the lids looks worn and used already, so we have a hard time actually shutting it. The product came with some scuffs on it, so we are going to have to wash those out. It's exactly what she wanted, and it will hold quite a bit of Barbies and accessories. The wheels make it easy to move around, so that's very nice for traveling between her house, grammy's and ours. I just feel like the construction, especially for the price, could have been a bit sturdier. I would have gladly paid a bit more for a more sturdy product. ... show more

Love it! The lid for the main compartmentdoesn't really latch, but that just means I don't have to run upstairs every time she wants to play with her Barbies. The lids for the clothing and accessorie compartments is a little trickier, but since we have an infant the fact that tiny plastic pieces aren't as easily accessible is a good thing. My daughter loves it. She packs up her Barbies and wheels them all over the house. The main compartment looks like it would easily hold 15-20 standard Barbies. It's pretty big. The area for clothing isn't that big, but figure most of the clothes will be on the dolls. The accessories compartment can hold a ton of shoes. The handle isn't very sturdy. And it certainly isn't long enough for an adult. But if she ever wants to take her dolls to Grandma's, it's perfect for pulling the container to the car. Five stars for being true to description, and the perfect way to convince our kids to keep the Barbies cleaned up without having to worry about losing all the little bits. ... show more

I’ve been searching for a way to keep all the Barbie stuff we have together and thought I found the perfect solution in this cute little unit. It would have been great if it wasn’t so cheaply made. It does hold a lot of dolls and have the storage cubbies in the top as pictured, but that’s where the good ends. The hinges that hold on the lid broke within the first week. The two smaller doors on the top are both broken as well. The hinges on the deeper cubby have popped apart and the plastic is bending and obviously weakening and it is only a matter of time before they break. The door on the larger, divided cubby doesn’t stay closed. The clips that are supposed to hold it shut broke and before they did break, they didn’t hold it closed when the whole top was opened to get out the dolls. So my girls sorted all their accessories, closed it, then tried to open the main lid to get a doll and all their freshly sorted things fell out because the smaller lid popped open. My girls are 6 and 4 and haven’t been rough with this at all. The normal use it was designed for was enough to make it fall apart. Please save your money and purchase a different item! ... show more
