Great pockets - a variety of zipper and slash pockets that are perfect for all the bits and bobs of travel. The quality of the materials is pretty surprising. Top handle is a super durable but soft plastic. Zippers are sturdy. The straps have a closable bite to keep them in place. The bag’s main material is chic but rugged - it could take some knocks. Bought this for travel to store my laptop and travel essentials. -fit well under aircraft seat -comfortable on back -it kept my electronics dry in the rain -zipper and locks work

    • Really nice but with flaws
Really like the look and size of the backpack. It is quite sturdy and well padded and the blue color is spot on with my blue Samsonite Silhouette 17 suitcase. It is like they were made to match. It’s super modern in appearance and uses strong zippers and has thoughtful well designed shoulder straps. It’s also very roomy. It could use improvements though. The most glaring omission is the lock. They only put one on it and it’s only protecting the main pocket. At the price point, it would have been okay had the zipper pulls for the other compartments not had the solid zipper pulls. Because of this, if you do want to lock those openings, you will need to buy normal padlock type TSA locks which can be fastened through the hole in the pulls near their base. Had they used the same zipper pull as the the main compartment, you could have bought more of the built in type TSA locks they use on the main pocket. The other thing I would like to see addressed in a future version is the lining, especially inside the main pocket. It looks and feels nice and seems to be durable. The problem is how it’s fastened inside of the case. It’s not in any real way which means it looks kind of billowy. I could see where smaller items inside the pockets could get easily lost in there. They really need to secure it in there better on a future update. It wouldn’t hurt for the battery pocket to be a little larger and deeper also. Other than that, the bag definitely punches above its pay grade. For the most part it feels like it’s of similar quality to my smaller Tumi bag and that’s pretty high praise. ... show more

    • This bag is stylish and practical
I like the look and feel of this bag. It has pockets for everything. It is very useful for work as I travel around quite a bit. The only downfall is that the locking portion is on the pockets that do not house the laptop. I’m not sure how that makes my important items more secure.

I recently purchased this backpack and overall, I’m really impressed with it. The build quality is excellent, giving it a premium feel. One of the standout features is its waterproofing – it effectively protects the contents in wet conditions, which is a huge plus for me. However, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. The integrated charging port doesn’t seem to be compatible with my power bank, which is a bit disappointing. Although the port does function (as it successfully charged my iPhone when connected to a USB outlet), the inability to connect to my power bank limits its utility on the go. Another concern is the laptop compartment. While spacious and well-designed, it’s not located within the locked section of the backpack. This is a bit of a downside, considering the laptop is likely the most valuable item I’d be carrying. Initially, these issues almost led me to return the backpack. But considering its overall quality and functionality, I’ve decided to keep it. It’s a solid choice despite the mentioned drawbacks, and I would still recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and sturdy backpack for everyday use. ... show more
