Excellent bag, nice design and practical layout. Locks in position so cannot simply be opened by the pen method. Unfortunately they use a TSA Lock, which doesn't make much sense on a hand carry item and more importantly is not of much use anyway because anyone can easily purchase a TSA key online and unlock any TSA lock. So all of the organised in flight thieves operating nowadays are most likely well equipped with those keys. However, regarding this bag, it might still be ok if you further equip it with a good non TSA padlock, because the high quality zipper seems to be of the kind which is resistant to the pen method so even if the in-fight thieves manage to easily open the provided in place TSA lock, they will most likely be unable to use the pen method and access the inside of the bag if you further lock it with a non TSA padlock and even some zip ties for another level of protection. So overall a very nice, high quality, well designed bag, pity about the useless TSA lock.

So far this product is exactly what I was looking for. Liteweight, solid, carry handle, pocket placement, TSA lock, durable. Exactly what one needs for travel. I often frequent autos, trains, airplanes and ships for work. Going to and from various work locations with technical equipment, notes, documents and all the necessary peripherals can become a hassle. This bag takes the guess work out of things. Fits my Lenovo 15" laptop, battery pack, cell phone, chargers, cords and all other equipment needed to stop, drop and get working. Be it a client site, on the road or in a hotel, this bag fits my needs. I have no complaints thus far and consider the seller/company and specifications accurate. One caveat is that I wish the main compartment would open flat for swifter security X-Ray scans. This would enable those W/O a TSA KTID swift passage through check points. Will run this product through its paces and expect it to live up to the seller's statements.

I bought this bag for international travel and boy did I regret getting it. I didn't find it functional at all, and it ruined a big portion of my trip. LIKE: - Color - Laptop compartment is spacious and the laptop felt snug. DISKLIKE: - The shell/exterior is too rigid and it makes it hard to manipulate the backpack. The only way to move it is by holding on to the straps or handle. Picture yourself entering the airplane and you're carrying this on your back. You get it on one shoulder only and you try to get it in front of you as you enter the airplane (limited space) - it's nearly impossible. It's soo rigid/hard that you can't move it. - Because of the hard shell, it was very difficult to fit the backpack under the airplane seat. If the seat in front of you has foot rest, you're better off putting it up on the overhead compartment. - The cables are slow charging, so it was more convenient to connect my phone directly into my portable charger than to use the bag. It became annoying, quickly because it was such a waste of space. - I thought that a space for a bottle wasn't necessary, but I was wrong. I missed it so much. - It lacks a chest clip, so it's not very ergonomic/comfortable. - The pocket to attach this to a luggage was clunky and tough to fit, but at least it was there. - The compartments inside had an odd size and most things fell off. Overall, I didn't like this bag and I wish I didn't buy it.
