Very happy with this! The quality is meh (the rod coming up from the bench wiggles a little, doesn't feel super stable) but the look and low price make it worth it. I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts 10 years, but I also wouldn't be surprised if my 4 year old tries to climb the coat arms like monkey and breaks it next week. It came with a plastic sheet to lay on the bottom rack, but it had creases in it, was cloudy and made the whole thing look 10 times cheaper. So I threw that away, but it works just as well (and looks better) without it. It was very easy to put together, I was able to do it alone super fast. One of the screws provided just snapped in half as I was screwing it in, and I had to find my own screw that would work because there were no extras. Other than that, I had no issues! Overall it's really unique and cute and perfectly practical! Great for an attractive "drop spot" for guests as they come in the front door! ... show more

As always with these imported, sub-$100 flat-pack furniture, you get what you pay for, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that it's not real wood, or super sturdy. However, it's a decent product, once you get through the build process. These might be the worst instructions I've ever tried to use: tiny, vague, and incomplete. In my case, all the parts arrived (even a few extras(?)) but the instructions skipped the step where you secure the pole to the bench, so after a short conniption -- and not the first one I had had in the process -- I realized there is a screw hole in the post on the bench's other side, so I had to unscrew the pad, flip it over, and re-install that and the pole. That said, the instructions don't say which remaining screws are to be used to secure it (and the other hole doesn't line up and starts to strip) so I've jammed both in for now, with the hope that my bf will be able to fix it later. Now that the dust as cleared, it seems like it will work for my purposes, for awhile with light use, anyway. Since I got it on Prime day, it's worth the $65 or so, but I wouldn't have bothered to spend more. ... show more

The style is exactly what I was looking for. However the quality is not great at all! I love the idea of using bamboo to be more sustainable but the quality of the product is very poor. The first one I received one of the screws broke in the item so I couldn’t assemble it and had to return. The second one has the issues shown above. I had to fix and make a new piece to assemble the tall coat rack pole myself. I could not be asked to return another one again so just kept it. But in all he warned. It looks good. But the poor quality isn’t work the time/ effort/ or money. ... show more
