Didn’t take too long to assemble and by a stroke of luck it fit perfectly in the space by the front door and the garage door. Very sturdy, definitely worth it! Don’t risk it like I did and make sure to measure your space; no regrets!

I have been searching for over a year for a side table to fit in the narrow space next to my futon that matches the wood. This was literally the perfect fit! I can’t believe how well it matches. It’s also perfectly proportioned for typical futons as the length is about the same as a futon arm. This is a great table for tech organization! Now all my cables, cords, and power strips are organized. You can zip tie them to the bamboo slats. The slats also allow ventilation for things like routers that can heat up on carpets, etc. I can’t speak to its longevity (I’ve had it a few hours), use as a shoe rack/weight capacity, but I easily assembled in less than an hour. Also seems like would be easy to dissemble for people who move often and it all fits back into the top. I actually ordered a second one to use for entry way/shoes. Note that boots (including hiking boots) will not fit on the shelves - but you could optionally omit the middle shelf and store fewer shoes. The under top/folding storage could actually fit a power strip if you drilled a hole for the cord - might be a perfect DIY charging/tech station. I have no idea why it comes with a shoe horn (I’d like to order without that product). We’ll see how this holds up, but I’m very pleased to have found this table! ... show more

The first one I received was covered in mold and the interior board was cracked/split in two places. I sent it back and received a replacement within a week. The replacement was mold-free, but did have one crack/split in the interior board. Despite the split, I decided to proceed in assembling it, because the dimensions are perfect for the space for which I needed it. I assembled it by myself in about 20 minutes and it was fairly easy to do. There was a leftover piece of wood not included in the instructions, but it obviously fit inside the cubby area. My entryway looks neat and tidy, and it coordinates well with our bamboo floors. It's currently holding 6 larger pairs of shoes and can hold 3 more on the top (if you don't need to access the cubby.) I have stashed 2 winter hats and gloves, and some covid masks in the cubby. ... show more

Looks decent, and was easy to assemble. Visible screws are a downside, and it deels a bit on the flimsy side to actually use as a bench. It's a little small to be used for shoes with any ankle support (boots, etc)
