All I can say is OMGAWD!!! Thank You~!~!! We got a new mattress after the previous "The Cloud" Serta pillow top (I'll never have another one) lasted for less than 8 years and I totally despised not being able to flip it models failed.. The new model is also a hybrid mattress, but is flippable and was just a bit too firm. I was feeling progressively more and more uncomfortable as the nights wore on, and with my serious back problems.. this just wouldn't do.. So I began searching "Our Beloved Amazon - heh" for an alternative, and after quite some time and research finally landed on this wonderful topper. It's like sleeping on top of well stuffed Ida Down on top of piles of silk. So very comfortable and my back pain is virtually completely gone now -such a relief! Be sure you follow the instructions on care and initial setup. You Do have to let it fluff out because of the vacuum packing (it wasn't really heavy btw). Mine decompacted fine, but I still want to run it through the dryer when we next venture to the laundromat. Shake it a little here and there when you take it out and at least let it sit for a few hours. It was just as easy to put on the bed as a regular mattress protector, and I also put my regular protector on top of it for added security and waterproofing. The materials feel like they are of good quality.. Viscose is also called Rayon and can be made from a number of different materials, so take good care of it and follow the washing instructions carefully. Delicate only, and cool only, and use only a horizontal washer that does not have a central agitator or you will tear it up. Only dry on low temperatures (preferably in a very larger laundromat dryer so it has plenty of room to loosely toss about. Drying it in the sun is alright as well, but it won't fluff like you want it to. I recommend using a waterproof and bug proof protector on top of this just to be sure you take care of it properly. Now I want to buy one for both my Mother and my Aunt HAHAHHA! TG it is in my price range.. barely. (Addendum: I have run it through the big dryer at the laundromat.. The dryer was cold so I gave it a quick warm on medium for anout 2 minutes and then tumbled on low for quite some time. The topper was fully ready in about 25 minutes, but I decided to elt it go on low while I did the rest of my laundry. It did perfectly and is just like the manufacturer photos.. I was so tired when I arrived home that I just flaked out on top of everything.. It was so comfortable that I was out liek a light in very short order and slept beautifully. I can attest that if you use this below your sheets instead of covering it with an additional mattress protector, that it does have better cooling effect. I will of course keep my waterproof/bugproof protector on top just for safety. The cat is nutz about the new topper as well.) Namaste.

The matress topper is ok. It is more like a soft blanket. The topper fits well around the matress and tight so it doesn't move around. Definitely doesn't do anything for back pain and doesnt realky provide support but made my bed a little more comfortable. If your looking for your matress to be a little more plush this is a good topper for the price. My kids got sick and threw up on it and the topper was easy to wash. Update: The seller is amazing. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. I would recommend for everyone to purchase from this seller! I had to give am extra star just in customer service alone.

I received this just Queen sized Mattress Topper a little over 48 hours ago. I read that you should wait 48 hours after opening the package or put it in the dryer for awhile to get it to its maximum fluff. I did the latter, putting mine in the dryer for at least 40 minutes on low heat. I must say, I did feel it made a difference on my first night of sleep and then last night, I really was comfortable sleeping. I have an adjustable bedframe, so I appreciate that it fit so well and so far hasn't slipped or moved from using the the adjustable bed to raise/lower the head and/or foot of the bed. I also like that it is thick enough to provide the comfort I needed while not being too thick. My deep pocket fitted sheet still fit over it and my regular mattress cover and mattress, just fine.

This mattress topper is extremely comfortable. I used to wake up in pain and sore from sleeping. Now with this mattress topper, I wake up pain-free. My dogs even love it. It's hard to get them out of bed. It was also very easy to set up. I put the topper in the dryer on low setting for 20 minutes and it was good to go. I highly recommend this product. You also can't beat the price. I looked at other toppers for my king sized bed that were like $100 or more and didn't have the features that this one has.

Thought we might need a new mattress and was a bit doubtful that a topper could make such a difference. Especially at such a reasonable price. Believe me, it has made a huge difference to my sleep and achy back! It arrived quickly and was quite compressed. But it became puffy as soon as the wrapper was removed. No need to fluff. It was basically ready almost as soon as we readied the bed. And the fitted pockets keep this topper firmly on the mattress with no slipping or sliding. The pockets adequately stretch to accomodate mattress corners. It sleeps cool, no added warmth. Actually supports my back while feeling plush. The weight is perfect. We do have a agitator in our HE washer so that I feel as though this might have to be washed in a large capacity washer. But I do have a large capacity dryer and believe it could tumble mostly dry, then possibly air dry for the last bit of fluffing. This was a really great value purchase.

Despite the product title, this is not a pad. It's more like a thick comforter. It doesn't provide the same support a pad does. However, for what it actually is, it is comfortable. It does add a little softness and a little plushness. For me though, it keeps me warm rather than cool (which I actually prefer). It doesn't slide around. Fits great. Didn't come with any weird chemical smells. You can easily re-fluff it up by throwing it in the dryer. It worked out for me in the end.
