The media could not be loaded. We are using it for a small fish pond. Creates enough movement to keep fish and water plants happy, just a little pricey for what it is. We just set up so will up date if any issues.

I'm not normally a Zen kind of person, but love the look and feel of a Japanese garden. I saw this and purchased it. It got here in a day or 2. I already had a vessel for it. It took me about a minute and a half to get it going. At first no water came out and I thought it was defective. So I primed it to get the air out of the line, like you'd do when beginning to siphon gas. It took a couple of times. That was about 3 months ago. I have been using the same Bamboo Accents Water Fountain for many years. My last one lasted over 4 years. This is why I decided to buy the same water fountain again. The new one I just ordered is same as last one (the same look and the same pump) except the price has gone up.

Bought two fountains for different rooms. Shortly after I got them one of the pumps went out and the customer service was great jumped right on it sent me a replacement pump in the mail within two days!

The media could not be loaded. This little fountain is perfect! I was worried and concerned with it overshooting the rim of the container, but the ability to lower the flow rate is a nice feature and solved that problem. Easy and quick set-up!
