Looking for quality Xmas trees and Balsam came up as the top tier of trees. I do admit that it is a little precisely, but when you want quality and service that stands behind their product, then that’s what you get. I have been overly pleased with the multi function of the tree in changing colors and patterns and to top it off, the fact that I can customize the color layout with whatever theme my wife chooses for the holidays is epic. I recommend, no, I highly recommend this Xmas tree if you are able to purchase it. Whether you choose the multicolor, plain, or whatever you flavor is, I think it’s a solid investment. You do have to put some work to fluff the tree, but it’s just a little work and honestly, I think doing all that work is worth it. This tree is stunning and easy to put together. Took about 1 hr total to spread out the branches. Lovely tree and looks very realistic, not the 'plastic' you see nowadays. It is heavy though, thank heavens it comes in 3 sections. It comes with a sturdy bag to store it in but I think I may use the box it came in instead. Very nice to have 2 sets of gloves to spread out the branches as they can be very drying to your hands over time. Many years for this tree, it's so well made, my kids will probably get to inherit it. ... show more

I am pleasantly surprised by my beautiful, new Christmas tree. I was hesitant to get an artificial tree. To me, the term “fake tree” has always been an insult rather than description. My new Balsam tree is beautiful, easy-ish to assemble and I don’t have to water it or worry about it drying out and dropping all its needles long before Christmas day. Family members couldn’t tell it wasn’t real until up close and peering at the trunk. I’m thrilled with my tree and am sorry that I have to take it down until next Christmas. ... show more

I AM A DIE HARD "REAL TREE" PERSON. I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A TREE AT ALL, BUT THIS CAME UP ON AMAZON AS I WAS SHOPPING. IT LOOKED SO REAL AND FULL AND SO REAL. I LOOKED AT IT FROM ALL SIDES AND COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS NOT REAL. I ORDERED THIS TREE EXPECTING IT NOT TO LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE, AND WAS PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED. IT CAME VERY FAST. I PUT IT UP AS PER INSTRUCTIONS, (OMG) IT IS GORGEOUS. I HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS AND EVERYONE IS SO SURPRISED THAT IT IS NOT REAL. IT IS SO THICK AND FULL I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS NOT REAL.     • easy to hang ornaments on and looks good
We ordered a tree last year and were unhappy with the top segment of three and therefore returned it. Not so for this tree as it is full, easy to hang ornaments on and looks good. We ordered one without lights. Also, last year when I had entered a big box hardware store, I was amazed how this in-between price range was under-represented. There were plenty of very large and very expensive or very small and not so expensive but this one fits in between and fits a budget better. The only downside is it takes a while to set up but that's not enough of a downside to take away in my opinion. ... show more
