Wow, beautiful tree!! It’s so full and easy to fluff out. It’s expensive but it is quality.

First, I must say that this is the most beautiful artificial tree we have ever owned. Purchased the 7.5 ft tree. I did not order the tree pre-lit. My experience is that when the lights fail it is a major pain to fix/remove/restring lights for the tree. Purchased 4 boxes of LED Constant-On lights and they were less (on sale) than the extra cost of the pre-lit tree. Energy saving and they look amazing. The tree arrived sooner than expected which was a surprise. Sturdy packaging and well sealed. Instructions are included AND it comes with a tree bag (ours was burgundy) and 2 pair of very nice silky gloves that made the "fluffing" go quickly. (2 sizes-small which fit my hands and a M/L for most men) I would suggest, as others have, wearing long sleeves while setting up the tree. The stand looks questionable at first because it is a simple design but when fully assembled the tree is solid. It comes with plastic caps that cover the 4 metal 'feet' (It would still go down if the cat decides to climb it which is why we will anchor it to the wall as we always have since experiencing a crashing tree in the middle of the night several years ago. 😉) First section took 30 minutes to 'fluff' and was much easier than our previous tree. Several branches have 3 independent branches about halfway down the branch from the trunk. Pulling the 2 side branches out and away from the main branch will make a difference. (Think of a 'W'.) This Is what fills the gaps. 2nd section took 25 minutes and the top about the same, but I am short so I had to move the stool around. All in all, under 1.5 hour to get it up was less than expected. Photo #1 is the bottom section. Photo #2 is sections 1 & 2. Photo 3 is the tree simply put together without any detailing. Photo #4 is 300 LED lights and no detailing. I will add the 4th strand and work the lights into the tree. This tree does not have gaps when properly 'fluffed'. It looks just as beautiful as some of the trees I viewed in store that were twice the price. Really glad I made this choice. Thanks to all those who wrote very helpful reviews. ... show more

Quality tree
Color: Clear Led Size: 6ft 6in
Wonderful artificial tree. First artificial tree for us. Our adult sons who have always had Maine grown spruce Christmas trees did not realize it was artificial. Easy to set up and stow for the summer

Height is falsely listed; customer service did not care. Don't deal with them.
Color: Unlit Size: 6ft 6in
A few hundred dollars spent, 90 minutes of condescension, 2 hang ups, and long processing times is all it takes for you to not have a Christmas tree this year. I ordered the 6.5ft unlit classic blue spruce, and when fully set up, stand and all, it came in a whopping 5'9". Nine inches may not sound like a lot, but it's the difference between being over my head or under my nose (not to mention being Division III vs. starting NBA). Call customer service. Hung up on. Call back and after 50 minutes of dismissive arguments, I'm told that it may only be 69-in. based on "my system" (you know, the Imperial Measurement System), but tough because every tree listed at 6.5ft (78-in.) will measure that tall. I'm also told the Federal Trade Commission and Truth and Advertising aren't really a thing, and if they were, they wouldn’t care. He knows, he was a paralegal. My options are then spelled out: 1) Deal with it and keep the wee tree. If I don't like it, donate it (I'm not kidding), but there would be no refund 2) Get a refund, minus an exorbitant shipping and restocking fee for their labors in deception 3) Return the tree and get a credit to spend more money with this provenly deceptive company and get a bigger tree. He recommends a 7.5ft tree, because that might be 6.5ft according to my (and the rest of the U.S.'s) system of measurement. Oh, and I certainly won't have it for this Christmas. At this rate, maybe I'll have a St. Patrick's Day tree. Over the course of this conversation, I asked to talk to a manager 4 times. Manager request 1: My manager is busy. Manager request 2: It could be a while. Your time is valuable. You don't want to wait. I'd call back. Manager request 3: Ok, I'll go ask. (On hold again.) He doesn't want to talk to you. Manager request 4: Fine, you can wait. (Put on hold for 30 minutes, hung up on.) Call back and fight my way through to a manager (after another wait period). Manager picks up and swears his employees would never confirm this deception (they did, repeatedly). And ultimately, Amazon should return my tree. Despite their listing false information, it's not their problem. ... show more

Beautiful tree
Color: Clear Led Size: 4ft 6in
The tree is beautiful itself. However, I have had problems trying to get it to fluff out and look full like the picture. Maybe it’s just my fault, but I cannot get it to look full and fluffy like the picture and the lower branches hang down really low. I cannot get them to stay up Other than that. I like the tree it’s beautiful when lit and decorated. I have tried several times to call balsam Hill to see if they could offer me any suggestions, but the line is busy and I can’t hang on for 30 minutes just to ask a question But all in all I’m pretty much satisfied is just that I cannot get it to look as full as I wanted it to look. The quality is great. The lighting is beautiful. Value for the money? I think it’s a little bit off. Happy it was on sale but still a bit pricey for the size of the tree and the problems I’m having with it. ... show more
