I bought 5 of them in Dec 2020, one broke in 2022. Four of them are still good and I am happy with them. Has to order one of them, as I want them to match. Quality control issue. Not very happy. They look nice though.

Sad you can't by manual blinds anymore because of lawsuits all over the planet, but for what that's worth, these are ok. They're a little slow going back up but I'm sure they'll get better with some use
