I love the backpack and great for groceries with an insulated section. However, the zipper sticks really bad on the insulated part. It keeps catching on the zipper of the insulated bag. I’ll keep the bag, but the zipper is very rather annoying which is why I only gave it four stars.

I live in a big city with no car and often times I try not to buy frozen foods or items that need refrigeration in fear that the foods won't survive the trip back home. Things like ice cream, I have gotten before and they melted together so I usually avoid getting ice cream. I got this cooler insulated backpack so that I can start buying frozen or refrigerated foods. I have tested even buying ice cream and on my 30 minutes walk back home from the grocery store, the backpack kept the ice cream cold enough that it did not melt! The capacity of the backpack is just right! Any bigger, I would not even be able to carry all that weight. Any smaller and I can not fit too much. I love this thing if you want to take a cooler somewhere and you're going to need to walk a bit (camping, hiking, or whatever). The straps are very comfortable, the lining and insulation seems decently thick enough and it was able to keep some drinks cool for quite a while with just a couple ice packs. It's not super large, can probably hold about 15-20 cans, but definitely enough for a couple people! Definitely would recommend this. ... show more

Light and good cooler backpack for camping and picnic! We go out for small and casual picnics a lot and so we use cooler backpacks often. Lot of times we end up carrying with the top handle instead of wearing it like backpack, so the top part tears off in such a short time. This backpack is built very nicely that I think it would last long enough. The padding part helps when I wear it on the back, and insulated part looks sturdy enough. The design is not too sport-y so I love that part too! Very spacious inside. The only down part for me was the zipper. The lining on the top was sticking out a lot so we had to put them inside as we zipped it, but even the zipper lining wasn't soft. It keeps getting stuck. Even after trying to make it smooth with the wax, it still very stiff and hard to move it around. I don't know if it would eventually get smoother in the end but so far it's still super stiff. I hope it gets better as I use this backpack. ... show more

I took this cooler backpack into the Utah desert for Redbull Rampage 2023. It held 24 12oz cans, a 1 pound bag of jerky, 3 PB&J sandwiches, 4 limes, a bag of salt, a small knife with a cover and a 4x6 cutting board (don't judge!), a 24 oz metal water bottle in the side pocket, and a 3oz bag of candy with about a pound of ice. The ice held the entire day and everything was ice cold. The bag was comfortable to hike and carry and was easy to clean. I would recommend this cooler backpack to anyone, it’s great! ... show more

This is a good sized cooler, and fits comfortably on the back. If you're traveling, or want to hike carrying a picnic, or going camping, this should be a good choice. The walls were thicker than I expected, and kept milk cool for a good time coming home after a grocery trip. The interior of the bag is waterproof, so it's okay if some leaks. The zippers are a bit tight and one buckle inside snapped on first use, so the plastic components could be better. But since those are interior and I wouldn't use it anyway and the bag itself is solid, it doesn't affect performance. ... show more

So this bag is pretty great. Plenty of room for everything. Quality is there and price point is somewhat fair. I feel like it should cost more along the $30 range, but it's not bad. My only issue is it's not the "best" looking cooler bag. It's more than functional though so can't complain too much.

This would be a good product for cold weather camping or grocery store trips for those who travel to buy food. This product would not hold temperature in hot weather like a traditional cooler. The zipper likes to turn itself inside out and makes closing the bag difficult. This is due to the insulation pushing on both sides of the zipper making bringing it together difficult.
