These “pants” are more like a straight leg legging. They pull on and stretch over your body. If you are comfortable with wearing leggings as pants, you would probably like them because they are soft, comfortable, and thick enough to look like pants from far away. I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these pants are and how well they fit! I wasn't expecting them to be so nice. They are so super comfortable and the fit is great! I am 5'5" 135 pounds and got the medium boot cut. They are maybe just slightly long which will be fine with boots. The front pockets are nice and deep also. I was looking for something a little warmer. These look great on. The waist isn't high yet very comfortable. I almost considered keeping them but as I was taking my leg out my heels felt like they were snagging. They weren't but I don't like that feeling.
