I tested a few balaclavas before coming to this one. Hesitant at first but the good reviews and amazons alert stating “most customers keep this item” helped me decide to pull the trigger. First impressions were that it fit well- not too snug. Was also very soft and warm. The design helps eliminate fogging of glasses which I felt was far better than the brand name Blackstrap one i tried out. The bs one was too tight- probably because I have a relatively bigger than average nose lol. For $18 you cant go wrong. Most other similar products are $40ish which is getting up there for what this product is. Held up well this past 3 day trip. Occasionally fogged with my glasses but goggles were just fine. Comfortable and easy to use, and also wicked sweat away well. Would recommend and purchase again. 5 stars for me

Beautiful blue color and excellent fabric and sewing quality. It is also versatile in the ways it can be worn. Fits comfortably under my cycling helmet. It’s lightweight, warm, breathable, and comfortable. So glad I ordered it in addition to a fleece balaclava, so I have different textures and colors and get to compare brands, fabrics, and styles. First impression: warm. The balaclava fits well on the head and the neck portion is generous so it stays tucked down inside your coat nicely. Its lined with fleece and is stitched well. The nose/mouth portion is moveable on it's own and pulls up or down easily, although it would be nice if it were also removeable.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for the prI’ve but when I got it, it was thin but a good thin. The texture was nice and soft and will definitely keep you warm. It looks great although I wish it was tighter around the neck but besides that it’s a great purchase

I purchased it for my morning fall cycling sessions, hoping it would keep me warm during those chilly rides. While it does provide some warmth, I found it doesn’t perform as well as my other balaclava masks in terms of heat retention. Additionally, the fit is quite loose, which can be a bit uncomfortable when wearing it under my bike helmet. A snugger fit would definitely help to keep the mask in place and prevent any shifting while riding. If you’re looking for something to keep you warm without a helmet, it might be fine, but for cycling, I would recommend considering a balaclava that offers a more tailored fit. Overall, it’s decent but not the best option for active use while cycling.
