The media could not be loaded. Upon arrival, this product matched the images advertised online. Its shape, size, color are as described. The quality of the material is clear tempered glass goggles encased in a rigid plastic frame with the face skirt seal & head band made from flexible rubberized silicone. The snorkel breathe tube is mostly of rigid plastic with certain flex sections made of similar flexible rubberized silicon as the mask skirt. The workmanship looks good with fully sealed joints. The dive mask provided a comfortable, good watertight/airtight seal around my face. I have an average adult somewhat round face. There was little water drag when quickly turning my head in the water. The flexible rubberized silicone face skirt seal was comfortable on my face and seemed to be stable and rigid enough over at least 30 minutes of use in cold (~60'F) and temperate (~80'F) waters. The check valve in the breathe tube would occasionally get into the closed (non-breathing) position when the breathe tube is at or past the horizontal position. This can happen when the breathe tube becomes horizontally positioned, for example, when vertically resurfacing and forcefully exhaling and then inhaling to cause the check valve to move into the locked, closed position. This can be alarming for some, especially beginners, when they can't inhale fresh air. When this happens, I spit out the mouth piece to inhale air through my mouth instead. Before resuming breathing with the breathe tube, tilt the head slightly forward and make some hard, fast breaths to test for openness. I appreciate the headband lock/release pushbutton , which makes adjusting the mask easier to do when the mask is on your face. The tempered face glass is a safety feature, as well as providing anti-fogging clear view underwater. Pros: + tempered glass face; + double skirt face seal; + headband lock/release pushbutton ; + flexible, durable rubberized silicone skirt & headband; + reasonably low profile for scuba mask; + check valve at top of breathe tube; + water purge valve at bottom of breathe tube; Cons: + air check valve can remain closed when resurfacing vertically - may be alarming for beginners;

I'm an AOW certified scuba diver, but wanted to take my wife and son to a bridge a few hours away from where we live (Blue Heron Bridge on the East coast of FL) so that they could snorkle and see some of the wonderful things I get to see when scuba diving. Neither of them had a mask or snorkle, but I didn't want to break the bank buying them since the reason they didn't already have them is that they rarely ever snorkle! Found this two pack, with slightly diff colors which will be handy for setting up the straps for each person and then they will know which one is set up for them. Speaking of straps - one upgrade you almost certainly want to think about with these is to purchase a non-rubber strap; these are standard fare for people who use masks all the time, and the benefit (other than having cool custom pics/images on them) is safety and comfort. Both my wife and son have beautiful long hair, and long hair can easily get caught up within the rubber straps and pull and hurt when taking off. Other than that the quality looks good on these. The buckle style they use is pretty standard, although that will be replaced with the new strap as well. The tempered glass seems solid and the rubber to seal off the face is ample so expecting no issues there.
