My item was damaged upon arrival. This is a gift, and I purchased this set with the presentation box. The presentation box has dings and gouges in it along with a huge dented corner-it's a huge disappointment. Normally, I'd exchange it for an undamaged box, but due to the late notice (my husband didn't tell me he'd be needing this gift for his boss until this week), there's no time! We need it for tomorrow. The tools inside are impeccable and gorgeous, but the presentation box is an embarrassment. It'll have to do, but my husband and I are really bummed out. Given the fact that this is the only Bahco set that comes with the presentation box, I have to give it 2 stars. Most wood connoisseurs know Bahco is top notch, so the tools are 5 stars, but I assume you buy this particular set for the entire presentation-as a gift. So, thumbs down on the damage.
