So far so good. Haven't used it yet, but have loaded it up with packing cubes and this bag is very roomy! I used one large, one medium and one small packing cube and still had room to add a couple pairs of shoes. I hope they make a larger companion bag in this model. After loading it up i rolled it around on my hardwood floors and it glides effortlessly. Top Loading is the way to go, I'll likely not go back to clamshell type luggage after this! Buy this bag!

Great bag! A lot of compartments to store items and organize things. I just took on a long weekend trip and I was great and fit a lot of items. No wheels meant I didn’t need to check it on a small plane. I used both straps to be hands free. Good purchase!!

I picked this carry on suitcase for a short trip, and overall it ended up being a really solid option with a few things that stood out. The size is actually really practical. It fits what you need for a couple days without feeling oversized, and I was able to pack clothes, shoes, and a few extras without struggling for space. The expandable section is also nice if you end up bringing more back than you left with. The organization is one of the better parts. The top opening design makes it easier to pack without everything falling out, and the extra compartments help keep things separated. It does mean items at the bottom can be a little harder to reach, but it’s not a huge deal once you get used to it. The locking mechanism works well. It’s easy to set up and gives you some peace of mind while traveling. It’s not meant to stop someone determined, but it’s perfect for basic security and quick access through TSA. The material feels decent overall. It’s a hard shell, but it does have a bit of flex to it. It doesn’t feel super heavy duty, but it’s enough for carry on use and normal travel. The durability seems good for its intended use. I wouldn’t want to check it in regularly with rough handling, but for overhead bin travel, it holds up just fine. The wheels are really smooth, which makes moving through airports a lot easier. It glides well even when fully packed, and the handle feels stable at different heights. There are also some extra features like the USB port and removable toiletry bag, which are nice touches even if you don’t use them all the time. The overall quality is good, though not quite premium level. You can tell it’s built with convenience in mind more than being ultra rugged. For the price, the value for money is pretty good, especially considering all the added features and organization options. Overall, this is a very functional carry on that works great for short trips and makes traveling a bit easier without overcomplicating things.

This BAGSMART Top Opening Carry On is the nicest piece of luggage I have ever owned. It's a beautiful muted lavender color and is very chic. The wheels turn in all directions and it rolls with ease. The handle extends from an inside compartment and is long enough to use without bending. Since the top is hard sided and sturdy, attaching a purse or smaller bag to the handle is a piece of cake. I needed a carry on with wheels as I cannot carry heavy items at all any more. The one I currently own is bulky and the wheels are one directional. It's hard to drag it on the plane. Although the BAGSMART carry on is hard sided it is light weight-- only 7.8 pounds. It is durable and provides protection for the belongings inside. Because it's light weight it is easy to place on the bed for packing. It has an expanding zipper to hold more clothes. Any time you can get everything you need in a carry on it's a win. Checking bags adds so much time and hassle to a plane trip. The BAGSMART Carry On suitcase has some outstanding features. It had a holder on the outside for a water or soda bottle. It's hard to try to manage boarding a plane with a boarding pass, purse, book, etc. it's nice to have a place to tuck the water bottle. Another great feature is the lap top sleeve and built in power cords. The laptop sleeve is on the outside behind a hard sided zippered compartment. It has a section for pens and notebooks and is easy to access for use on board the plane or while waiting to board. When the suitcase is fully open, the laptop sleeve has straps that keep it open. The zippers have rings on the end for a separate lock just for the lap top area if added security is desired. I appreciate the the BAGSMART Carry On comes with accessories and compartments. There is a make-up toiletry bag with a hanger so that a separate bag is not needed. For friends homes and hotels, having a hanging bag keeps your things off the counters. There are straps to hold clothes in place inside and a side zippered pouch for jewelry, medications, or other small items. Another nice feature is a programmable built in lock on the side. I can't wait for my next trip to put the BAGSMART Carry On to use. Besides for air travel, it will make a perfect overnight bag for a road trip.
