Shoulder strap clamps are plastic and so is the attachment the clamps attach to. Otherwise I like the bag. It is way more convenient for all my devices or to just use as a handbag. Might e a little on the larger size for some people, but I have to carry numerous items and there are many pockets, dividers etc. Big plus it is washable because it is cloth.
