I like the color, but it seems more soft mauve than pink and the gold hardware matches well. I also like the little bonus matching pouch. I got this bag for my daughter's 11 in Chromebook. The color and details are so cute! It also seems well made and nice and padded to keep her stuff safe. I am pleased with the laptop bag itself and so is she. However, I am giving 3 stars because it arrived without the accessory pouch even though I paid extra for the version with the pouch. When I tried to ask for the correct one to be sent, I was bounced between the seller and Amazon both telling me it wasn't their responsibility to send me what I ordered. My only option was to return it for a full refund, which I don't want to do since we love the bag and it is needed for a trip next week. So, if you order this product, don't pay extra for the version with the accessory pouch. ... show more
