Update 1 week later Aug 2024... Contacted Baggallini customer service, bag was within warranty timeframe. They sent me a replacement within the week. I carried another bag while it was broken and I am spoiled by this one. Update 8 months later Aug 2024..... After using almost daily interior pocket tore and has a 3 inch hole. Next, the slash proof wire in the strap came loose and is poking out and is extremely sharp. Also, the rfid or slash proof- ness has given me problems setting off sensors. Never had a Baggallini tear before this one Original review Love it! I've had at least 10 Baggallinis, it is my favorite brand, but this one is my favorite. Wore it in substantial rain and eveything stayed dry. Super organized (hate a "dump bag" where I can't find things quickly). Nice and slim profile, but holds everything I need ++. Side pockets work for a 16 oz. Nalgene in each. I feel very comfortable with the wallet being on the back, locking and RFID blocking. Everything stays in place while driving. I have the Antwerp satchel, which I love, but if it gets knocked around while driving, the contents spill out. This is comfortable on my back or to hold, not heavy like my leather backpack.

This just might be The Perfect Backpack. I love the tone-on-tone animal print! I was a bit concerned that it was going to be too small, after reading sone of the reviews. But it really has plenty of room to hold all of the things I carry. The two outside pockets are just the right size for an umbrella and water bottle. I love all of the inside pockets and compartments, and the outside sections. It makes it easy to organize my items without adding bulk. The fabric is soft but very durable. The shoulder straps are comfortable. The zippers glide easily. I will feel confident using this when I travel due to all of the anti-theft and safety/locking features. Surprisingly, it has become my every-day, go-to bag. I bought it with the intention of using it for travel, but it works perfectly for everyday use. It’s lightweight and very easy to carry. The subtle print gives it a touch of elegance and dresses it up just enough that it looks good with any outfit. You NEED this bag!

I LOVE my red 🎒 ! It has a zippered compartment, (against your back), like a wallet, (slots for credit cards and area for your money) which eliminates the need to carry a wallet, making more room in the backpack…. It’s very lightweight and comfortable, locks, not huge, and more like a purse. I carried a medium size iPad, phone, snacks, a book, along with other stuff, with PLENTY of room to spare! You will be pleasantly surprised, this 🎒 fits the bill!

I would have loved to keep this bag. There's a lot to like about it, such as size, organization and material. But I returned it because the straps are wide, very stiff and dug into my arms. I ended up getting the Baggallini Modern Excursion Backpack instead, which I actually like a bit less (too many external pockets on the front for me and fewer security features) but which has padded straps that fit me much better.

Baggallini has changed my attitude about carrying a backpack. I’ve never enjoyed carrying a backpack, but I am adamant about keeping my personal information safe. Also, sometimes I need more room than a handbag when I do day trips with my grandson. I was a little skeptical about this backpack, especially because of the cost. I have used this backpack three times for day trips. I absolutely love it! It is lightweight, even packed full. It is not as big as most backpacks as you can see by the pics. It has an anti-theft RFID-blocking technology pocket inside the bag which keeps your phone secure and a separate anti-theft locking zippered pocket for debit/credit cards, driver’s license, insurance cards, cash, keys, and any personal information you want protected. I like that this pocket is easy to get to, but it is against my back when I wear the backpack. Therefore, no one can walk up behind me and unzip it. Baggallini advertises this bag as slash resistant material and water resistant. There are so many pockets inside and out to separate your items. There are two pockets on each side for water or drink bottles. Overall, I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised with this purchase. Even though I was skeptical of the cost when purchasing, I feel that it is worth it!!!!!!!

Roomy bag, deep and long compartments. Zippers work excellently. Portable. Great value. Only one zipper in front doesn't lock, all others do. Can carry small plastic water bottles easily and/or 16-ounce steel bottles, a bit tight. Carries a lot for its size. Water resistant. Great value. Very happy. Wish it had key attachment strap and removable wallet attachment, but has great pocket with unremovable wallet and cc compartments in back which locks. Straps are easily adjusted, wish they could be unattached to attach the straps to furniture or change into long strap to change backpack to purse like or zip straps together for sling. Overall, love it! Don't know why one zip doesn't lock, maybe that is the phone pocket so you can get to phone fast? Recommended. Very pretty bag, got a patterned one. Is comfortable to wear.
