it took me a minute to get used to this scent. I am a big fan of Bvlgari colognes. This one smells good, like it more in the dry down. Only complaint i have is that the itemizer mechanism is not the best idea because the spray is not consistent. In fact, last night i wanted to spray myself and it just squirted a bunch of oily cologne on one spot. I was not happy about it. Meh. It's definitely different. IMO it's weird. Not even closely related to bvlgari man wood essence. Very floral powdery necroli opening with a hint of woodsy. After about 30-60 minutes it dries down to a floral green smell with more pronounced woods, and a weird sharp pickle smell (to me). It's been discontinued so if you're a frag head and like necroli as an opener, go for it. If you don't have this and don't care much about floral powdery opening (even if it dries down to woodsy), save your $60. I'm definitely going to have to LOOK for reasons to wear this. Very niche. For me, it doesn't fit my life. For spring/summer I'd much rather wear an aqua/blue/citrius smell. ... show more

I'm only giving this 3 stars because it doesn't project on my skin and it doesn't last very long. To be clear as a light scent it does last for hours close to the skin and I have to put my nose in my shirt or my body temp has to be really hot to get a whiff . I purchased this during fall going into winter so maybe it will work better during the summer but it had debt and I hesitate to wear it on a hot day. The bottle is classy and the scent smells very similar to Tom Fords Neroli Partfino. No one ever mentions this similarity but it, to my nose is a more woody TF Neroli Portofino. TF is slightly sweeter and doesn't last that long so if you like TF just save money and get Bvlgari. Since I can't return I've been using this as a sport scent when going to the gym.It works well as long as im doing moderate excerside but when im extremly hot and the room is also hot it can be a little much for me,maybe not you but it is for me. SO now I only spray on my chest once when using it for the gym. As a good everyday scent or office scent. In cool environment I don't think anyone will notice, its mostly for your pleasure. Overall really great scent, the neroli is so nice, it's inoffensive,last long for a light scent but for avg other fragrances its avg performance, and the fact it reminds me of TF is a plus.
