I bought this bag on September 17 and after about 3weeks the loop for the straps started to fray. I just tried to exchange it and missed the date by three days. I don’t see any contact information for the seller. I have owned several Baggallinis and they have all lasted a very long time. I wanted a bag that was lightweight, had lots of pockets and was bigger than my regular purse but not a huge tote bag. This was it. Did not use it as a backpack but merely clipped the ends to the top. Baggallini always comes througj for me!
