Description

This changing table keeps everything tidy and concealed for a clean look in the nursery. Large pull-out hamper for dirty duds, or for storing bulk packs of diapers, blankets, and toys. Solid wood table has a non-toxic finish and engineered wood top platform. Outside fabric covering on the baskets and hampers is 80 percent polyester/20 percent cotton. Inside lining on the baskets, including the bottom boards, is non-woven fabric (hamper bottom board is also covered in non-woven fabric). Overall unit measures 37.5" L x 19" D x 37.5" H. Hamper bag measures approximately 14.5" W x 15.5" D x 23" H. Baskets measure approximately 12.75" W x 17.5" D x 7" H. All measurements approximate. Wipe clean with mild soap and a damp cloth when needed. Spot clean baskets as needed. Hamper bag can be removed for washing. Changing area has safety rails on all four sides. Took awhile before I opened and put together, so now I HAVE to use it. Burrs in screw holes, mislabeled parts, no labels on some parts, extra parts, cracks in material, poor paint job (see pic). Badgerbasket needs another supplier.

This is a great changing table. I like the color and it looks great in the baby's room. I have a newborn and a 22 month old. I will say that for the newborn it is easy to use. However, the 22 month hold is a little heavy for it. However, I can still change him on it, but he's just getting a little long to lay down on it. I like how there is a laundry basket right below, which is very convenient. Also, the drawers are convenient for diaper, wipe and other items needing to be stored. I have one drawer for my newborn and one for my 22 month old. Then the bottom drawer I use for things like nose bulbs, thermometers etc. I am very pleased with this purchase. I read some reviews saying the wood had a smell to it. It does, but it's not bad enough to bother me. It's just a new furniture smell. ... show more

When deciding on nursery furniture, my husband and I wanted to get small pieces that would fit in our apartment, would look nice, and last for the first year or so. This looked like it would fit the bill. I especially liked the idea of the canvas baskets and hamper for storage. Shipping from Amazon was quick and it was delivered in great condition. The box wasn't too big, my husband carried it up the three flights of stairs to our apartment without much trouble. I don't think I would have been able to myself. I must be weird, but one of my favorite things about this type of furniture is the process of putting it together. I'm a self-professed IKEA junkie. This unit, however, was a bit tricky to assemble. The parts weren't labeled, so it takes a bit to sort through them. Some of the holes weren't drilled all the way through, but we managed to get it together. You really need to read through all the directions carefully before attempting assembly. The finished result is only okay. I'm disappointed with the quality. The paint isn't the greatest and I doubt the hamper is long for this world. It doesn't quite fit in the track. The baskets don't match the hamper in color either. It's not too bad, but if it's the sort of thing that would drive you crazy, you might want to stay away. Like others have already said, you'll probably want to replace the changing mat, it's very thin. I do like the aesthetic of it. It has nice clean lines and I like the color. It's not too big, so it doesn't take up much room. The baskets do add a lot of storage and usefulness to it. I don't think I would order it if I had seen it in person first, but I don't dislike it enough to send it back. ***Update***. Now that my little one is here, I felt the need to update this review. I replaced the changing pad with the Summer Infant Changing Pad, which fits beautifully. All of the extra storage on this changing table is indispensable. Everything I need is easily within arms reach and having a hamper right under the table is more useful than I could have guessed. I also purchased an organizer for it that hangs off the side to hold diapers, wipes, and lotions. I am adding a star to my initial review to due the high functionality of this table. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Instructions not clear with part orientation and order of part installation. Parts missing labels, other’s labeled incorrectly. One of the “vertical posts” wood cracked after screwing only 50% tight. Paint and finish are fair. After reversing your progress at least once or twice and figuring out how this might go together when the provided steps fail you will have a product that serves a daily purpose for less than $150. ... show more

I was able to put this together in about 45 minutes. For the biottom drawer, I had to drill new holes as there were not any for it. Also, there is a lot of finish issues on this item (missing or faded paint). Overall, it'll do the job but the quality is poor.
