I have been using this Butt Rub for about 16 or 17 years. The flavor this adds to smoking a Pork Butt or Baking Pork Chops is amazing! Very low heat on the tongue, very flavorful! This BBQ seasoning may not have the most appealing name, but the seasoning is absolutely amazing. It seems kind of expensive, but you get a huge container, and you aren't using very much at a time so this will last for a long time. I have used this on chicken, fish, salmon, pork chops and beef. I have also used on various vegetables. The seasoning is a little hot, but I love that about it. The seasoning has a good flavor and comes in an easy-to-use container. You can open on one side to sprinkle on your food or the other side opens to allow you to pour a larger amount, or you could spoon the seasoning out of the container. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I love this spice. We Traeger meat a lot, and have used this spice on many different types of meat - and it is delicious on every kind. Our favorite is using it on tri-tip, and it makes it so flavorful and juicy. We both love a little bit spicy, so this seasoning is perfect for us. We have had some family members try it and not love it as much due to the spiciness. But I would highly recommend trying it on some meat - it is our FAVORITE. ... show more

I have tried several different rubs and even made my own. This has a good flavor and makes any pork taste great. I use it for smoking, pork butt, spiral ham, and ribs.
