Love the big size. Doesn't hurt shoulders. Big straps. A lot of other zippered areas on it too. I take it to the store. Love everything about it. Looks great and great value for the money. I walked in rain and it kept everything dry. Love how easy the zippers zip and unzip. Quality is above any back pack I ever had!

Using this backpack for plane travel and overnight trips. Fits well under plane seat and overhead. Just refrain from overstuffing. Thinner material construction but still sturdy. Straps well cushioned but not too bulky. Nice size pockets for books & electronics.

I use this for work at the local stable. It's been with me in all kinds of weather and all types of travel. I enjoy that it has many rooms and also a place for a laptop and power bank. The side pockets have frayed a bit but still hold my water bottle and thermomug in place, regardless. The fraying comes from rough handling, nothing more. Excellent quality and perfect size for my needs.

This has been THE BEST backpack ever for this price point. My daughter has had it from 6th grade and she is now almost done with 8th. It has held up SO SO WELL. She is in various sports, choir and band. She is an advanced student and has a lot to carry in her bag. She has taken it to Disneyland on multiple occasions. Sleep overs and various other trips. The only thing broken on it is the very small zipper in front. It still zips. Just the tab fell off. I couldn't recommend this enough and she intends to use it until it "completely falls apart" (her words) and she has already said she wants the same one. 😂 We are very happy with this backpack
