This little gaming controller is great. My granddaughter can play on our Xbox account on the TV or without the TV. You just download the app and you can play all kinds of games on your phone. It holds any size phone. You just pull it apart. It's great. When you're in the car traveling they can play on their phone or you can play on your phone. It's great! It's a great buy. It does a lot of great things. I really don't know how to describe all the technical things. All I know is it plays games great and you can use it as a controller as well on your game systems. I’ve enjoyed this quite a bit, my son (he got the backbone) and I can now play Xbox games together, as well as other games. I like the full-size joysticks and the hall sensors give me more confidence in durability. The added size for joysticks and onboard battery doesn’t add that much weight. Was surprised how fast the battery dies, but that is a function of the phone, even though this does have a battery (I’m not sure how it interacts in my situation, it might only work when it isn’t connected to a phone, when it’s in Bluetooth mode?). I use with an iPhone 16Pro Max, and a thin case. I am not using a left side adaptor as it fits this phone the best.

I actually like it a lot. I use GeForce Now to play games through my steam library and so far I’m pretty impressed. Played through a couple matches of dark tide and connectivity held up through my home wifi. Playing fallout 4 also looks really good. Graphics through GeForce now Look way Better than using cloud gaming through Xbox game pass. This won’t replace my steam deck but it’s still fun using your iPhone to game. Reminds me having a lil game boy. Also there is a subscription for backbone, it’s like 39.99 for the year and it acts as a hub to access your gaming library from various sources. And I believe it acts as a warranty. It’s not a problem for me but I think it’s a good price.

Amazing controller. Goes from my PC to my phone flawlessly. I currently use an S24 Ultra and an iPhone Air as my daily drivers. My only nitpick, is the Torras case on the S24 doesn't fit perfectly with the USB-C Port on the backbone. My solution was to remove the right magnetic bumper, and bam! It fixed that issue perfectly!

Has not failed me yet when playing Xbox clouding on my phone. Nice controller grips and easily portable when moving around. Added comfortable thumb grips from Kontrolfreek along with the handheld. Definitely recommend for portable xbox gaming.
