    • Good as I get older
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
Absolute best purchase I have ever made. As I get older I long for handheld stuff now. This was cool to get just to enjoy certain games on the phone now. Had this for a few months and solid controller. Does not feel cheap at all. Fits my hands perfectly. Not too heavy, would recommend maybe the travel case. Works well with the iPhone 17 pro max. ... show more

    • I’m really loving this backbone pro
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
I’m not normally one to play games on a portable system, I have owned some in the past such as a psp and switch, but they were never my main choice in gaming. I got this backbone pro due to its versatility and cross compatibility with streaming and game services. I mainly play ps5 and steam via my pc so being able to use ps remote play or steam while traveling or in bed when I want to lay down has been a game changer. It works great with apple arcade mobile games and the ability to play classic roms with a backbone subscription is pretty cool. The ui of the backbone app is easy to use and simple to navigate. The build quality of this unit is great and the grips are really comfortable. I haven’t had a chance to compare this with the regular backbone one in terms of ergonomics but I mainly got the pro for the Bluetooth functionality as I also use it as a gaming controller at my pc. The price point for this model is a bit on the high side if purchased at full retail, but I purchased it during a sale and feel the price was fair at the sale price I got it at. This backbone pro is an easy 5 star for my use case based on the experience I have had with it thus far. ... show more

    • Quality
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
I’m 60 years old and this is my second backbone 😎 it’s a great product and is made of quality. The price is a bit steep but the product is worth it

    • Read this review all of the way through
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
I'm very happy with it. It works great for numerous games. The ergonomics are great, though I do wish that there was a tiny bit more handle specifically at the bottom for those of us with slightly larger hands. And the plastic, I wish were of a slightly higher grade. I'm not saying that it's bad plastic, but for the price of it, and the fact that it IS an accessory for a phone, I did kind of expect it to be made from some slightly better plastics. Other than that it's a great product I love it and I use it all of the time. Most importantly, I actually don't regret buying something for once. ... show more

    • GREAT! (Wouldn't recommend for ZFold 8)
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
I love this device. This with my phone has replaced my PS Portal because the app I use (PxPlay) is more stable and portable. I don't regret buying this at all. Unless you plan to play using Bluetooth, I wouldn't recommend this for the ZFold 8.

    • Does not fit iPhone 17 Pro Max with slim case.
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
Using with iPhone 17 Pro Max - does not fit phone when using a slim case. Product feels like it is quality, and I even actually enjoyed using their free software that organizes your downloaded games, but when using a slim case on an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Apple’s case) it will not fit and you will be required to remove the case prior to use. Definitely an annoyance since cases fit so snug it’s a huge hassle to enjoying the device. ... show more

    • Great controller. Good feel.
Size: USB-C Color: Pro Edition
Great controller. Fits well in the hand. I have used the original BB controller and this feels better in the hands for an adult. I use it primarily for shooter games and works great.
