I've noticed already that not only does it help me when I'm wearing it but also when I don't have it on and I start to slump over I realize this doesn't feel right and straighten up. I was so excited to wae this but I was not really comfortable in the armpit area. I felt to much pressure and can't keep it on for more that 10 to 15 minutes.
