It was a little hard to figure out how to put it on at first, but once I got it on the relief was immediate. I have degenerated disks and have developed very bad posture as a result, but this brace definitely helps me stand straight and not put any extra pressure on my spine. Great buy. Within 5 mins of putting this on, I felt relief. Posture improved. For $20, get it. I wear it inside and when I work from home. I am little, 5'2" and 125 lbs and I got a MEDIUM and it fits perfect. So may want to size up if larger. Great product and worth it !!

I used to back brace to prevent a sciatica injury , after about 120 hours of labor one of the metal pieces inside the brace has ripped out , fully recommend for small or just for your daily todo things , not for hard labor jobs
