Pros: The U-Shaped Child Locks for Cabinets have been a lifesaver in my home. These locks are incredibly easy to use! Just slide them on, and you're good to go. The lock side is only one way locking. If you put it on backwards, which you can just fine and it seems fine, then it will be able to be pulled right off the end. They offer an excellent balance of security and convenience, effectively keeping little explorers out of harm's way without causing too much hassle for adults. This came in a pack of two and has done what it claims to do. I will say, my kids don’t mess with them so that may affect this rating system. The product fits over my door handles, was super easy to put on (or take off) and seems to be of great value! I don’t see any problems with “stickiness” other than that these locks hold strong, and I also haven’t needed to clean them so I’m not sure of those areas. We use these for the under sink doors in our kitchen but again, we don’t keep anything under there and have only ever had to go under once when checking our pipes. So the locks have held up very well since we bought them almost 6 months ago. I definitely recommend these locks to folks who have liquor cabinets, or guns and weapons, medicinal or chemical cabinets. Basically anything you want to keep kids and people out of, I’d highly recommend.

These are exactly what I wanted for the lower cabinet doors of my big shelving unit. Seems pretty baby proof to me. The adults however don't have a hard time taking these off and putting them on securely. Thanks!

We use these on our kitchen under-sink cabinet where we have cleaning supplies and on our living room tv stand. These are super easy to use and our littles can’t figure them out. HOWEVER, it is important that you have the security piece facing the right way or else it’ll slip off when they try to open the cabinets. But as long as you use it properly, it works great! It’s simple, so it doesn’t impede on time spent opening a cabinet, really.

I bought these for cabinets throughout the house to keep my toddler from getting into them! They worked wonderfully, but the quality seems to be a little less sturdy than others I have bought in the past! The plastic is flimsy or what causes it to be more difficult to close it off, so it takes a little more time than I would like for it too! But all in all the quality is great, because my toddler is unable to take it apart!

I bought this to use on my cabinet under the kitchen sink that holds cleaning supplies. My cats were opening the door and getting inside and I worried about their safety. This product keeps them out and is very easy for me to open to remove what I need.

I'm using this to prevent my dog from opening my cabinet doors. This lock is adequate for use on the cabinet doors. Wish Hey were a little heavier, thicker. I'm afraid it might break if enough strength is applied.
