This is my second favorite reborn doll, he is so cute! He has beautiful bright blue eyes and a sweet facial expression. His limbs are vinyl and his torso is cloth. He's not overstuffed and has a decent weight to him. I was originally torn over whether I should purchase this vinyl/cloth version or purchase the anatomically correct full vinyl version. I ended up purchasing this version because he went on sale and I bought a different doll that was anatomically correct vinyl. I think the vinyl/cloth bodies are better than the full vinyl bodies. They are soft and cuddly, the full vinyl ones feel hard and awkward. I did not measure him but he does look to be the size of a newborn and he really does look like his promo pics. No weird or chemical smell, light blushing and delicate veins painted over the limbs. I think he is a great buy for kids and collectors especially if you can purchase him on sale. The vinyl/cloth reborns do not move the way silicone reborns do, their limbs are fixed. This baby boy has the deep bent knee pose which I always find to be awkward but you can turn his legs to cross them and help alleviate the awkwardness.

I am completely in love with the Babyside line of Reborn Babydolls🥰❤️ I don’t want to divulge how many I now have but I will say I have a large family of them😉 The first one I got was in anticipation of my grandchildren coming to visit back in August. I live in the Adirondack Mountains and if the weather isn’t great outside, we’re limited in what there is to do outside of my cabin. I always get some new toys and games so I have things we can enjoy doing together. My granddaughter is two and a half and my grandson just turned four. They each like to have if not the same, the similar thing that their sibling has been given to play with! It makes things challenging when there’s only one to be had. My born strong willed granddaughter is in the “it’s mine” stage so I was happy to get a second doll! The features are very realistic making them look so lifelike. They come in different lengths with the weight of each doll increasing as the inches do. The smallest could be handled by a 12 month old that is sitting or standing well. If they’re walking even better, they’ll be able to drag it around holding the babydolls hand! The clothing is super soft and easy enough to take off and put back on with help until they’re able to manage by themselves. This little guy is one of my very favorites! He’s one of the poseable dolls so he can be placed propped up in a sitting position with his legs dangling! His left hand is in a more open position so he can give high fives🤚🏻 He looks like a baby boy. I have two sizes of dolls dressed in nice blue outfits that I had assumed would be boys. They were given such long eyelashes that their faces look more like a baby girl. This outfit has snaps to open and close it which makes it easier to open. They’re plastic snaps, not that hard to close but for a child under two and a half it might be challenging🤔 The Babyside Reborn Dolls are in a plastic bag with a few accessories and enclosed in a good looking, sturdy box. Mine came shipped inside a brown box so there’s was no way to tell what the contents were. These would work well as a gift you could send directly from Amazon because of how nicely they’re boxed. They really don’t need to need to be wrapped! These are more than affordable for the quality of the materials they use in everything that is included with the purchase. I highly recommend these dolls👍👍

I was not impressed by these dolls as they are nothing like the actual reborn dolls which I thought these were, as this is what it states they are like. Don't waste the money on this very expensive doll when you can get the same doll at Walmart for $30 less.
