I ordered this beautiful reborn after I saw her smile. I knew I "needed" to add her to my collection. The hair, teeth, as complexion is what made the order a "must!" I received her special package within 72 hours of adding her to my cart. She came packed well in a cute box packaged perfectly including a bag, in case of rain, and a hair net to keep her hair safe. She has rooted hair with physical eyelashes and painted eye brows. Her paint job is exquisite and the mold gave her a body that looks like a real baby. She is the length of a real baby and thick width but without all of the heavy weight. She has stuffing and in her torso for great squeezes (hugs) and vinyl head and limbs. She is not anatomically correct with stuffing, so she could be considered a baby boy. This adorable smaller newborn in height makes up in width. She is huggable with extra stuffing. I think she is a great present for doll lovers of all ages from preschool to elderly dementia. The pacifier is magnetic and works. The outfit looks like real infant attire. This doll is adorable. The reason I think he is a foster kid is because he didn't seem to be getting much love wherever he was before. He arrived naked with only some rather flimsy pajamas in the box. We went to the wardrobe to find something more dignified to wear for his photo shoot. The doll has the usual details you expect from this company. His eyelashes, fingernails and toes are perfect. He has two tiny teeth. His lovely hair is knotted all over his head with no bald spots. His hands are slightly oversized which is extra cute. The body is huggable fabric. It can be boy or girl. The hair is made from some material I have never seen before. It performs beautifully. I washed it several times. Washing does not change the texture of the hair. It is easy to style. I puffed it up and patted it down and it made nice flattering curls. The hair, unfortunately, has a chemical smell. Even after washing it several times in Dawn dishwashing soap it still smells like chemicals. I am not giving this doll to a child because I don't know what that chemical smell is. This doll is suitable for collecting and photography but I can't recommend it for children. This is a good quality doll in some respects but I think it should cost less than the other dolls because it is only useful for certain things. ... show more
