Will worth the money. There bucket is so much bigger than I thought it was going to be, so I was pleasantly surprised at to what I received from my money. My 4 year old loves playing with this beach set and the toys inside are very well made. We are fans of the Battat brand.

My 3 year old granddaughter loved this. It was the perfect amount of toys for the beach to keep her busy, but not too many to overwhelm. She loved the watering can, and the bucket was perfect for carrying water to her sand castle. It keep her entertained for a long time!

The first time I purchased this, my son dropped it from only a few inches off the ground on the sidewalk within minutes of recieving it and cracked the base of large bucket. That said, it's not as durable as I hoped at first, but I repurchased it again. I am updating my review to state that this is my son's favorite sand set and I like it because it is easy to transport since everything fits in the large bucket. I am reviewing: 1. B. toys by Battat Battat B. Shore Thing Beach Bucket Set Toy 2. B. toys by Battat B B. Wavy-Wagon - Travel Beach Buggy with 11 Sand Toys - Sea Blue B, Translucent Sea I bought recently, a sand toy beach set for my little gal because she loves to play in the sand, and I want to spoil her. After that purchase I was offered 3 similar sets like the following 2 I will review here. I decided, "why not!". She will love sorting through to find her favorites, because then those will be mine. #1 set: I love these sets. The set featured here in this spot; the more expensive and (it seems) tough one with more, is more something I think I would see a rough and tumble kid might like best. Any kid who likes to really dig deep into the sand, and any parent who likes to see a sturdy toy. Either way, the set is hardy and well-put-together, fitting nicely into a large pail with a handle. Any beach-bound kid will be happy I believe. I do love it a lot, and I recommend the featured photos and video on the associated product page. There is another set from this company - sorry I cannot remember it, which has a truck, and kids will like it. #2. set: Then there is this one. I love it more. It is somewhat less expensive, and the toys are a bit sweeter for my little girl. The feature that I like the most is that the set fits into a wagon with wheels! And securely! The wagon color is ethereal blue, which for me is desirable. Emmy will have so much fun with the wagon, and with her favorites. Also, I recommend the associated photos and video accompanying them on their own product page. This is also a sturdy set. I love this set for my 3 year old. She enjoys playing in the sand whenever we go to the beach or from a sand box. Let’s go over each part of this bucket set. The big sand \water pail is excellent. Looks flimsy but feels substantial. Smooth surface without any cracks or bumps from inferior molds. Blue and Orange are colors of Blippi - her current favorite real life character on Youtube. The water can looks like something out of Aladdin - definitely an ancient middle-eastern flair to it. My daughter was initially spooked by the thing, but now she doesn’t care for it much. I really have no use for yellow green sieve. Maybe making impressions in the sand? It fits on the bucket but really I don’t know what purpose it could serve when you use in a sand box or on a white sandy beach ;) rather than just be a lid. The shovel and the rake are cute. The rake especially since its tines resemble ‘robot-fingers’. Castle pieces are extremely random…I’d rather they make them smaller and give me more castle pieces. Like towers or minarets. The ‘iron’ is for shaping and smoothing…but she is too young to pay attention to smoothing her creations i guess. For 20 bucks - this is a great set! ... show more

    • Great, sturdy set of creative beach toys
Battat B. makes good, quality children's toys, and this beach set is no exception. The toys are easy to figure out how to use and creative at the same time - for instance, my daughter particularly likes the honey pot. I like how all of the toys can be stored in the bucket for easy transport, and how they're all brightly colored (to find them easily at the beach) without screaming KIDS' TOYS!!! The only drawback to this set - and sadly, it's a BIG one - is that the bucket is huge. There's no way you're going to be able to pack this in a suitcase if you're flying to the beach. It'd be great to throw in a car on the way to the beach, but even then it will take up a fair amount of room in the car! Not only traveling with it, though - filled up with sand, you'll need a strong kid to be able to lift it, and that's assuming that kid didn't get bored part way through filling it up and give up. ... show more
