I recently ordered the Land Guard Corrugated Garden Edging Border, sized 12" x 25', and I couldn't be happier with it. It's not only sturdy and good-looking. To prevent my bamboo from spreading, I unfortunately need to bury it; however, the design allows me to easily bend and cut it to fit my needs. The corrugated material makes installation simple; I use a wood block and a hammer to drive it deeper into the ground. This product is both practical and user-friendly, and I highly recommend it for your gardening projects.

This garden/flower bed boarder is so versatile and easy to use. It is quite heavy and is packaged in a nice roll, protected from damage. It unrolls easy. I would suggest using gloves to avoid any unexpected cuts or scrapes. The use of a hammer or rubber mallet is necessary to assist in pounding it down into the ground into place. You have the ability to shape it any way that you want, really. It is very easy to work with. It looks great, provides a nice clean looking edge and is sturdy when installed properly. Ensure measurements to order enough footage for any job! I'm really happy with the value for the price of this simple, gorgeous boarder.

Land Guard Corrugated Garden Edging Border Review: It looks very nice upon delivery. I haven't had a chance to use it, but it's thick and didn't cut me on the edges, not that I would run my fingers along them or anything. It's very nice...nicer than I expected, I think. It will take me awhile to make the raised bed-type borders for a berm that I got it to make...and then, I won't know for some time (I hope) whether it rusts or anything, but everything does here. Older metals, less so, but everything new that is not supposed to does, so...it's probably a matter of when, not if in FL. But I'm looking forward to using it and will likely clearcoat it with a polyacrylic or something before I build the frames around it. I'll update with any issues.

I had a sense of what I was in for when I picked up the box; this stuff is heavy. But it's a good thing because I feel comfortable weed trimming right up against it without too much concern that it's going to crack. Installation is a bit of a headache, but that's more of an issue that applies to this format of edging rather than the product specifically. I found that creating a rough line with the blade of a shovel was a good way to get it started and make the pounding in process easier. You definitely want something stronger than scissors to cut it; I ended up using hedge trimmers, though scoring with a box opener and snapping would probably be a cleaner solution. It looks nice out in the yard and is definitely tall enough that it'll keep the garden on one side and the lawn on the other.

This is a very solid metal solution to edging and works well. Its quite heavy and made from solid metal but has a glossy painted look. What impressed me most is how deep it actually is. its quite tall overall. This lends itself well for being pounded into the soil and keeping its position. It actually is a heavy and premium material as advertised. The downside is that its a bit hard to do a S curve in it but it does go around bends easily. I used a oscillating tool to trim it and that worked well.

Holy crap is this stuff hard to install. I guess I initially missed that this stuff is 12" tall. Since it's not sturdy enough to pound into the ground, it means you have to dig an 8-10" deep hole to install it, as opposed to a 2-3 inch deep hole for the 6" edging. That's alot of digging, especially if you want to install the entire roll, or even worse yet, several rolls.

This black corrugated border is tall so you can get enough of it in the ground w/o taking away from the height. Bended to make a rectangular but could also be shaped into a circle or oval. It makes a great border for a raised bed. I'm considering also using in a drainage ditch to control water during a heavy storm. Since it is painted black, it blends well and goes almost unseen under bushes or brush.

Based on the height/width it is priced competitively: a 25ft length (instead of the typical 20ft). I consider it to be more of functional barrier than a decorative element, although it will work for both. The wavey effect is loose (fewer waves per foot). The top and bottom edges aren't reinforced but they're smooth. Pounding it into the ground may keep it upright but not necessarily straight because the force of soil heavy with water can cause it to shift. Vertical supports like stakes/rebar can help maintain its final shape. I'll use the entire length so I haven't tried cutting it.
