Today I drive a tractor trailer for a well known package express company. Before that, I was a small package driver for the same company. In the 39 years that I have been doing this, I have been through a lot of sunglasses. From Ray Bans to whatever I could find at Goodwill. I personally prefer polarized, they do eliminate glare. The biggest problem I have had is “hinges”. The first problem is the screws fall out, or they are just weak. If you are someone who has a desk job and only wears sunglasses during a commute to work, wire rims regardless of cost will be okay for you. If your life is more active I would recommend nylon rims, with beefy hinges. Without a doubt BNUS are the best quality for the money I have ever owned. Glass lenses are better and more expensive than plastic...another word for polycarbonate. They will not scratch as easily as plastic and will last longer. Unless you are a millionaire, don’t waste your money on designer glasses....the markup on this is around 500 to 1000 percent. BNUS are well made and have taken a beating from me with no problems. The finish has a matte rubberized feel. This eliminates sliding down the bridge of your nose. The hinges are smooth with no slop or play. The glasses are packaged in a very nice box, along with a case and microfiber cloth. Rays Bans are nice....BNUS is better made, greater value for your money. You will not be disappointed. I purchased the Commander model and they are made in Italy. ... show more

This is the second pair of BUNS sunglasses I have purchased. They are a different style from my first pair. The unfinished frames fit nicely, but aren’t quite as nice as the finished frames, which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars . They were on sale for $40 so they are a great value for polarized glass lenses. Hard to beat for the price. ... show more
