I can't believe I am on Amazon giving this item a 5 star review. I've welded for decades and always wanted something that was ultra portable to fit in a small bag for fence repairs, around-the-house repairs, etc. I bought this item fully thinking that I would send it back and here I am instead writing a positive review. You're not going to repair a ship hull with this handheld welder but fences, metal up to 1/8" or 10 gauge, I'd recommend it without any hesitation. The wire feed is smooth, power draw doesn't trip 15amp 110v breakers and the build quality feels pretty good for this price point. It uses your standard contact tips, too, which is nice. If you're looking for a competent welder and you have a priority on size and convenience, this is a great product at this price. I'll, of course, still be using my Miller and Simder for bigger welding jobs in my shop but for repairs at friends house or around my property, this is my new favorite welder. Really think it's worth this proce point and can't believe they fit something this powerful into such a small package. Highly recommended.

I have owned several Azzuno welders over the last couple of years, and have been thoroughly impressed by them. I ordered this handheld welder in order to repair my damaged lawn mower deck. I somehow managed to hit a massive rock while mowing, and the force was enough to cause the rock to break through the top of my deck. This not only resulted in a substantial hole, but also left me with a bent spindle. My hopes were to repair the damage without having to remove the deck, as I had literally just reinstalled it. Thanks to this handheld welder, I was able to do just that. Included along with the welder is a full-sized spool of .030” flux-cored wire, spare consumables, and a slag hammer. These were definitely nice inclusions by the manufacturer. This set includes everything you need to get started, outside of a welding helmet. I have to say that this is such a cool concept, now turned reality. I sort of still cannot believe I’m holding an entire welder in my hand. Not only that, but the form factor just works. I don’t really know how else to explain it. This is a quality tool. Each component is of exceptional quality. The long MIG gun, ground clamp, and power cable allowed me to reach my work area just fine. This welder is surprisingly compact, measuring at 16” long, 13” tall, and 3” wide. You will be surprised with where it is able to fit. The control panel is conveniently built right into the front of the machine. Each of the controls are clearly labeled, and easy to access. You are able to easily make adjustments in real time while working. The welder is compatible with full-sized wire spools, and the feed system is very well designed. Loading and unloading wire is no different from your standard welder. I was quite surprised with this machine’s ability to weld the thin steel of my mower deck with very little blow-through. Even some of the best welding machines struggle with welding thin steel. I was very impressed with the overall performance of this machine. After dialing this baby in, I was able to achieve deeply penetrating, clean, and strong welds that will likely outlast the life of the mower. I could not be happier with how this handheld welder from Azzuno performed for me. The results I was able to achieve were very impressive. Thanks to this little welder, I was able to properly repair my mower deck without even having to remove it. This handheld machine is a very handy tool to have, and I look forward to the next time I use it. I would highly recommend this handheld welder from Azzuno.
