It’s garbage. Bird nests the wiring no matter the adjustment and torch is junk. For the price I gambled and lost. For cheap flux welding around the house my 20 year old 100.00 harbor freight rig still works perfectly.

  • So far awesome.
Style: MIG-200 Aluminum
So far so good, customer service is reachable via email through Amazon, 24 hours response time, i got them to email me a better manual in a pdf format. i didn't bother to complain about the apparent lack of packing foam resulting in a nice dent in the cabinet side opposite the door luckily so it is just cosmetic and a little irritating but not worth returning or bitching about it much besides mentioning it here, and i saw another review saying the exact same thing, so... @Azzuno You need to do better packaging Azzuno, because the delivery system is really brutal, like you should REALLY expect them to drop it, because they will, probably more than once. Y'all loose one star for not just including the detailed manual in the first place,( or a odf link QR even, using plastic feeder/ tension mechanism parts, and the inadequate packing foam. That said... i can't believe i got this for around 200 dollars on special, as a 5 in 1 pro set up with the aluminum Teflon liner for the gun to use aluminum. What a deal for the DIY handyman farmer. Professional welders will scoff at anything isnt Miller or Lincoln typically, but they use it every day all day and that's why 6x the price! This is perfect for the average Joe. Now Buying Azzuno accessories or even finding out what is compatible is a chore, their website is super lame and nobody else seems to sell for them besides Amazon, but the consumable parts are, rest assured, common /standard and readily available cheap. I bought the lift TIG gun while I was at it, and im "going to school" now to learn the witchcraft of TIG, the TIG torch does have a gas control valve on the handle. The connection for the whip is Euro standard also. i will update on running the machine in TIG , MAG and MIG and MMA modes soon, in 220 and 120, but for starters i just set it up and did some of my first flux core welding with 120v. Overall quality seems okay, some of the plastic parts ( feeding mechanism) are plastic and i would like to see metal, but it does add more weight and this is borderline "portable" as it is, any bigger or heavier i wouldn't want to hump around much, in fact, i just bought a much smaller and lighter cheap mini 2 in 1 for my mobile mechanic truck because this is just a bit bigger than i thought and not going to fit the shelf i had in mind in the van. Now i have not welded in 40 years and never flux core before or digital machine. I ended up in manual mode, i don't get along with tools trying to be smarter than me i guess its my age, once i got rid of syncing i was dialed in 5 minutes and in as many short beads, i was laying a nice weld down. pictures are . 035 YesWelder flux core S at 85 and 87 amps and 18.7 volts on 3/16" mild steel plate scraps, using 120 v ac power. Bear in mind my disclosure above, im amateur farmer-in-the-barn level welder, and rusty as hell, i didn't have arthritis or a cell phone last time i welded, and this is in the first half hour with the 200 pro machine and after only 5 short beads tuning it in manual mode. Im impressed so far, im going to try riding a bike again tomorrow! ... show more

  • Good welder but comes up short on a few things - good customer service
Style: MIG-200 Aluminum
There are several things I like and dislike about this welder. Let's start with the bad: first, the gas connection is subpar with Lincoln. I wanted to use my regulator and flow control since it's better than what it came with. I had to make a flare to a tubbing fitting. See pictures. They should have just put a gas flare connection on the back of the welder, like most welders have. Second, the power switch is located on the back. It should be on the front. It's a pain to reach around the back and find the hidden switch to turn it on/off. Third, the Mig and ground wires should be about 2 feet longer. I find myself moving the welder around more than I did with a Lincoln MIG I had. My biggest gripe is the gas valve. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if that is the way it is. On my previous welder, if you powered it off, it had a normally closed gas valve. If you forgot to turn off the gas, it wouldn't drain the tank sitting there. When I shut this welder off, it appears to have a normally open valve or an open centering valve. This causes it to free-flow gas when it's not powered on. I didn't realize this and came back to an empty gas tank the next day. Revised and added one start back for quick customer service: I contacted Azzuno about the gas valve, and within a couple of days, they said they would send me a new welder to replace the one with the faulty gas valve. Now the good: The welder is intuitive and easy to set up. It does weld smoother than the Lincoln 130 that I had. It's easier to dial in and get a good welds and not burn through on thin material. The wire feed looks better built than the Lincoln 130, we will see how well the motor holds up. So far, I like the welding better than the Lincoln 130. I haven't gotten the TIG torch for this welder yet. I'm eager to get that, and when I do, I'll review that. Customer service has been very good, and they have warranted their product promptly. ... show more
