The case is protective of the apple ipad M2. It is sturdy and has prevented any damage from drops. The case also has a nice inset for the apple pencil pro. (See photo) You will need to add a separate screen protector to the ipad to protect the screen from scratches. The built-in stand is adequate for wide flat surfaces but doesn’t provide great support for narrow surfaces. Also it would be nice if the stand was more adjustable enabling better control of the angle of the display. (See photo). I was looking for an OtterBox case for my new iPad Air 2024, couldn’t find one, and decided to give this one a try. I think it is every bit as good as an OtterBox and the pin holder is pretty great as well. No problems with it. The only slight minus, not even subtracting a star, is that is difficult to eject the pin unless you have really long fingernails, like lady fingernails, without being very delicate, or dropping the pen. It needs a slightly larger finger hole depress from the other side, at least for my size hands. that is a minor problem and this is a great case for what it cost ... show more

The rubberized part is a little disappointing as I expected more coverage than it has. The cover fits well but is thin and seems flimsy and will break with repeated on/off -which I need to do since this does not work with the magic keyboard. I plan on returning since it does not suit my needs

For $9.00 I thought give it a try. nope I would not recommend. Plastic combing blocked the face recognition camera. Very flimsy plastic. Spend a bit more and get a quality piece!
