Great item overall, only issue I have ran into is when you put the barbell back, if its on backwards it can cause problem, or the weights are lose and shift. Other than that, it's great.

Bought this for my teen son, so glad I was able to find this. Adjustable dumbbells vary greatly in price, and I purchased this one because it looked like it would work well, and was at a better price point than others in this category. We actually ended up buying a second one, he loved the first one so much. Right out of the box, it was easy to figure out how to adjust the weights, and they are stable/do not fall off. Had this set for 5 weeks, the notches for the weights to rest on the dumb bell have broken. One notch broke after 3 weeks and now I have 3 notches broken. I would not recommended these at all. Stay away.
