Only reason I gave it four stars is the directions are not the best. You really have to use common sense and it's not difficult. Overall I'm extremely pleased with this beautiful fountain. A little overpriced..in my humble opinion..but I still love it.

This fountain is beautiful! Be aware that it is metal, so is probably apt to rust over time. Unfortunately, this box did not include the pump and hose that was on the promised list of contents, so you will have to purchase one yourself.

This was beautiful out of the box. I got is all set up and the pump wasn’t working … I tried to move the pump all the way to the + sign and thought I had it … still want working. I started my return and as I was getting ready to repack it, I tried once more with brute force to move the little gear all the way over to the plus side and it worked. So… be sure to move that little bugger before you get it all hooked up and you should be good to go. Now I love it. ... show more

Had this for 45 days & the pump went out. Now i have to spend more money & buy another pump. I only had 30 days to return. They should sent me a new pump.

    • Difficult to get going

Mine has a different bottom but the pump kept disconnecting when I tried to put it in the pot. There is no way to keep it together. The moment you try to put it in the bottom part comes off because it is heavy. We finally had to use caulk tape to tape it to the bottom just long enough to get it into the pot. Once it’s together it’s fine but it should not be that difficult ... show more
