The media could not be loaded. We have a few scx24’s and we love them these little things are upgradable and since they are RTR just turn on and play the price was fine these are quality made and they are very durable we have so much fun with these and they fit any where so they are easy to store.

This little crawler is great mine just arrived and its working good only had 1 problem with the battery plug into the ESC gets a lil stuck so dont try to pry it just lift the ESC cover unplug it from inside flip it 180 degrees and pull it out. Other people might not have this problem but if you do thats the fix otherwise this truck is loads of fun and tons of modifications 👍 ... show more

This is a great little truck—I got the pink one for $100 on a Black Friday sale. My four kids each have an SCX24, but theirs have lights, and one is a hard body. This one is marginally better at crawling up a slope because of the lower center of gravity. A front tire binds when I reverse and turn hard, and one complaint I have about the controller is that 50% speed is barely slower than 100%. But it's fantastic fun for the price, and micro crawlers are cheap to repair and hardly ever break. ... show more

The truck is great! My son is having lots of fun. The battery died and stopped working after 4 days. But the customer service is super quick and very helpful! They are already sending me a replacement!

Great Functionality right out of the box. Looks great with the pearl in the paint. Great size for around the house. Slow speed and durable for rock crawling. Good steering ability for tight turns without falling over. I recommend this Axial Base Camp because you can modify it on the cheap. We originally purchased another model of this Rock Crawler from this company that came with faulty batteries. We saw this in the reviews but trusted the brand anyway. We had to return 2 weeks later and the Rock Crawler had increased $30 in price - so we opted for this RC Truck model. Yet again faulty batteries - they don't stay charged and die unexpectedly. Charging the device is very tricky as well - the battery needs to be removed from the device to charge which is difficult to do. We have contacted the company weeks ago and are still waiting for some sort of compensation. Very unimpressed and disappointed - especially since this was one of 3 Christmas gifts we got our 2 sons. ... show more

Axial always makes a decent crawler. This one is great. Easy to use. Very straightforward. It's fun and the smaller size of the 1/24 is perfect for many places indoor and outdoor. Easy access to battery and on off switch. This particular set up, the base camp length and width is quite perfect it is well balanced. This is a great first timer or for the seasoned RC enthusiast.
