Hi, I'm describing my experience with this product to warn other people. 1. Instructions say that it comes in two boxes and to ensure that Box 1 and 2 are delivered before assembly. Two different boxes came, both labeled “Box 2”, we were confused. 2. It is a nightmare to assemble. Not because it takes a lot of effort and several hours to do so, but because parts do not align and aren’t flush even when done correctly, like attaching part 20 to 13,14,15 (instruction 14). My fiancé has been assembling furniture for decades, and despite his experience this simply did not work. Flexible back panels fall out of their slots and even with my help it was like trying to stabilize cardboard with screws. 3. There are several errors in the instructions. As an example, #06 on page 7 – parts 13 and 15 are not mirror reflections as the picture suggests, they are different – part 15 does not have large holes on the drawer rail mounting side. It takes a very long time to figure things like this out. There are many more, but I do not feel like working on correcting them for the company. A lot is left to guessing, like gluing the light strip to the base. 4. The materials this thing is made of are atrocious - fiberboard splits immediately when tightening parts B. No surprise really, it is fiberboard. Bottom panel of the base came with a crack like somebody tried to drive a nail in it. Tightening parts B on parts L does not work, resulting in lack of stability, making adding next parts difficult/impossible. Even the cheap wooden dowels C came split; I took pictures. 5. Real “fun” starts at instruction #15. In the following steps nothing aligned well, and when trying to complete #22 the “furniture” collapsed under its own weight. Parts 5, 7, 9, 9 split and no longer supported parts 4 and 3; there is no way to fix it – I took pictures. This was without any load (weight of clothes, etc.) and after several hours of work to assemble it. This is when we gave up – imagine it happening after complete assembly, with clothes hanging in it! We are expecting a child and cannot imagine what would happen if this “furniture” collapsed on a kid. IT IS BEYOND UNSAFE. Our problem now is how to return this half-assembled junk for a refund. We will be contacting Amazon and the company. We do not know why a product like this is offered for sale. It has pretty pictures and LED lights but consider yourself warned. It is awful.

A nightmare to assemble. The material is extremely flimsy. You'll definitely need 2 people to help build it. Once we finally were able to assemble and put clothes in.. the double doors do not close all the way! Why? Because the depth of the armoire is not long enough to fit a clothing hanger....... Pretty important detail manufacturer!! If you angle the hangers you can get the doors somewhat closed but you loose a lot of space making this a waste of time money and space.

ALERT! This is one of the worst quality products I’ve ever bought off of Amazon, and I spend $1,000’s per year. Parts were broken along with the wood being extremely poor quality to the point just screwing in items made the wood just splinter and shred. I’m trying to return it now.
