I was expecting to have to participate in some level of assembly of this product, well, because pretty much everything I order these days requires that. However, I was very pleasantly surprised that there was no assembly - just a quick "set up." It's a matter of unfolding the base and then setting the level top onto that base. Nothing more. No screws. No Allen Wrench. It's heavy duty and stable enough for my needs. It's tall enough for an average person to stand and work without bending or reaching. I'm actually using it as a podium, of sorts, to conduct dog training classes. For that reason, I am not using the cloth apron because I want folks to see a dog laying down under the podium while I'm teaching - as a way of inspiring them to reach the same level of obedience over time. Just an aside regarding dog training - many people think that if the dog has been lying down on command for 20 seconds, they need to stop and reward it. We train Service Dogs that may be with their Handler all day long at work or school, so 20 seconds isn't going to cut it! This "invisible" podium situation lets people envision what it would be like to have their dog tucked away under their desk at work. We are also using the podium (with and without the apron) to teach dogs to go into a tight space for practice riding public transportation, airplanes, or tucking away in an office situation. When we don't have the cloth cover on it, the dog can learn to follow our exactly expectations of where to lie down, because he could go right through the front of it if he doesn't follow our direction. The fact that I can quickly break this down, get it into the carrying case and transport it to another room, is priceless for me. I can even take it into public places, like a fast food restaurant dining area and quickly set it up for a few minutes of training... then, just as quickly take it down and put it out of the way. I will say that the carrying case could be a bit more substantial, but for me it's fine. This product can be used in many more applications than a DJ station. I'm happy with it.

Everything looks to be made of good quality just that I quite literally slid the carrying case in my carpeted car and it is questionably weak. Definitely would need a seamstress to strengthen the bag up

This is a decent DJ booth especially if you're just getting started and on a tight budget. It's definitely sturdy and it's very easy to install total time probably took me 7 minutes and I was timing it. As I said it's sturdy but it's also lightweight I think it's about 32 lbs. You basically just unfold it put the top part on where you're going to set your laptops and whatnot and then connect the scrim and that's it. It looks pretty good with or without the scrim and it's a nice size you got a big work area space and it's got two holes so you can run your cables at through them so it's it's functions well especially for a DJ in my opinion. I like it it's easy to set up easy to take down we're talking minutes it looks good it's sturdy and you got a big work area for your laptops or computers or whatever you're using. I think it's at a great value and I'd recommend it especially if you're on a tight budget and just starting out this would be perfect in my opinion. And it's got a nice sturdy case to carry everything in. And that's important to me.

This is a great unit. It is easy to set up and holds a lot. It is fairly lightweight. I ordered this to use for fairs and events. It is functional for that use. I haven't had any problems with it so far.
