This doesn't squeek anymore our dogs are a year and a half and can chew apart most toys that come in for them. This has lasted over a month and we call it their pickle. The love playing Fetch with it it is very durable and priced great for something that lasts. Great toy for them to enjoy.

I ordered this toy because, in the video it bounces, and our Golden Retriever LOVES toys that bounce when I throw them. This toy did not disappoint! When I throw this toy, she takes off after it and when it hits the ground it bounces in unpredictable directions and that is what she absolutely loves! The only thing she loves better than a bouncing toy is one that our lab goes after too which creates a good competition. As luck would have it our lab is attracted to this toy too because of the squeaker so let the games begin. I throw the toy and they both take off after it. If our Golden doesn’t catch it bounces unpredictably while they both scuffle over it. If our Lab ends up with it, she runs away with our Golden in hot pursuit and makes a great show. While our Golden doesn’t really chew on the toy preferring mainly to play fetch, our lab loves to chew on it. I wouldn’t call her an aggressive chewer but she’s close. So far she hasn’t damaged it, which I call a win, but to be fair she doesn’t get long periods of concentrated chewing because she’s usually being chased. This toy has been a source of entertainment for my dogs and my family too. Great toy!

I ordered this because we have four dogs and they go through toys like crazy. So if we're going to lose toys, they might as well be stimulating ones for them to chew on, and have dental benefits to boot. I love that I can load up some doggie toothpaste in this and let the puppies go to town on it with the added benefits of dental scrubbing. Will this be destroyed fairly quickly? Absolutely. But in the meantime, they're having great fun with it, and really seem to like the feeling of the nubs as they chew. Three of the four dogs immediately went to play with the toy, and it seemed to be universally pleasing for them to chew on. The size is good for everyone from my smallest at about 35 lbs to my largest which is 85 lbs. The squeaker is a little firmer, none of them have actually discovered it yet, but when they do, it's probably all over for that poor toy. The rubber is fairly sturdy, but it won't stand up to my super chewers when they really get going. It will take them a while to tear it apart due to the sturdy nature, but it won't stop them. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the toy, so I would definitely recommend this for dogs who like to chew, as long as you're ok with it being torn up eventually.

While this looks a little strange, our dog as been engaged for months with this toy. We use it for playing fetch, tug of war and just a standard chew toy. His teeth look amazing and this item is still 100% intact!!! Highly recommend!!!

Both of our dogs go mental for squeaky toys. They have also developed a very cute habit of grabbing a squeaky toy to take outside to curb their urge to scream at the neighbor-they now squeak instead and don't have to listen to me yelling at them to be quiet. This toy is sturdy enough to stand up to our super chewer who gnaws on it for hours. The textured nubs of various sizes make this toy a great toothbrush. A couple of times a week I load it up with peanut butter-flavored dog toothpaste and they brush their teeth while squeaking joyfully. It's a great addition to their toy box.

Bought this item for my dog who is a heavy chewer but like most pups loves the squeaky sound. Needless to say the squeak only lasted about a few days. So this item is not worth the money.

This Averxia Squeaky Dog Toy is pretty big (about 7" long and the ends are 2" wide). I thought we wouldn't be able to use it, because our dog is small (under 15 lbs). But it says for dogs as small as 5 lbs, so I decided to try it. Wow, he loved it! I put some dog toothpaste along the middle where they say to put it. Dog licked it right off, then he grabbed it and chewed on it for 15 minutes until we took it away. The bone is pliable so that makes it usable for all dog sizes. There are lots of nubs to clean teeth on it. We are thrilled because our dog is too skittish to let us brush his teeth. This might save us a lot of dog dental cleaning bills! Even though our dog his small, he is a persistent chewer and can eviscerate a soft toy with a squeaker in it pretty quickly. He wasn't able to damage this toy at all in the time we let him use it. Will probably give it to him a few times a week for 15 minutes. I'm really surprised at how much our dog loved this and how well he could chew on it as a small dog. Recommended!
