I just assembled the bicycle today. The bike was packed very securely. The assembly directions were clear and in English. The tools needed were included as well as reflectors and even a tiny bell. The company also included a pair of cotton gloves, I’m not sure why. I found that all moving parts needed oil, but that wasn’t to hard to handle. Bought the Bike in December for my kid. Started putting it together on Christmas Eve. Bike didn't come with a seat. I put in a support ticket back in December. Gave all pertinent information that was asked. Avasta has been giving me the run-around. It is currently March, and still, I have no bike seat for my kids bike. This company is horrible. The bike is built horribly. To top it all off, their support team is horrible. I will be requesting a full refund. Do not try and remedy the situation after this review. I learned my lesson. I won't be buying from this company again. I will not recommend buying from them either. ... show more
