The cushioning is thick and supportive without being too bulky, and it really helps reduce pressure on his hips and lower back. The pad stays in place well and fits securely on a standard wheelchair seat. It doesn’t slide around or bunch up, which was a concern with other cushions we tried. Cons: Size is a bit off. 18" wide seat, but 1/2" not covered. When sitting it's pretty comfy but tends to compress a bit too much. Bought 2 to switch out when washing is needed. But due to the compression, I use them both at the same time. The strap helps keep it from falling off or sliding, but the connectors from strap to cushion needs improvement. Also, a strap in the front would be perfect. I put velcro strips to keep it from sliding. It works well, just wish it was thicker. Cost is a bit much. But still worth a little comfort. ... show more

Bought this as an alternative to a doughnut pillow due to a surgery and let me tell ya, I can’t overstate how amazing this is. Ive bought several for work , my car and for home. Very comfortable.
