Bought this for my husband‘s recliner because it was losing its firmness. I had bought him a gel cushion, but it literally wore out. Although this cushion is expensive, it is so worth it. The inner Springs keep it from collapsing. The cushioning around the springs keep it comfortable. He’s been using this cushion for almost a year now and it’s still the same, and very comfortable. His back is much better because of this cushion.

This is the one you want. I use this for my office chair. I don't know if you have had to buy a new office chair in the last 5 years but they certainly don't make them like they used too, no matter how much you pay for one. If you sit long periods of time this cushion will support you and it is very comfortable. I'm six foot tall and weigh 200 lbs.

The actual product is very poor in material quality... The cushion is dense & just collapses to about 2" thick so I'm no longer high enough Pillow goes super flat while sitting on it I'm only 125 lbs. So that's saying slot right? I could not get out of the wheel chair without the height I paid for with this cushion sucks big time....

There are a lot of things that work about this cushion: the supportive springs, the washable material that zips on and off, the handle, the support. All of that is great and I can see how this would help alleviate lower back pain for a lot of people who use mobility scooters. The problem is the molded impressions where you sit. This feature makes the whole cushion almost unusable, unfortunately, because you have to have a butt and hips to fit it. If you're bigger boned, chubby, phat, fat or obese, this is not gonna work. Hear that! Trust me, I tried. You end up sitting on the raised impressions and it's very uncomfortable. I've started sitting on it on the other side and while it did have a break-in period, it's beginning to get fairly comfortable. Still, it's better than the foam ones!

I was in desperate trouble trying to find something that would make it easier for me to get In- And-Out of my wheelchair. This pillow raises me 4 inches and is the Perfect solution. I'm now finding I'm using it in the house in my lounge. Chair and anywhere where I've been having trouble getting to my feet. it's comfortable and very durable. The spirngs are a nice added bonus because they give you a little help when you go to stand. Definitely recommend this to anyone having difficulty getting in and out of a wheelchair or a chair.
